The Space:

Welcome to Sunrise on the Bay, a spacious two-storey coastal retreat designed to make the most of its beautiful position overlooking Malua Bay.



Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area is filled with natural light and framed by sweeping views across the bay. Step onto the front deck with your morning coffee and watch the sun rise over the water, or settle in for an afternoon drink while enjoying the sea breeze.



A second living area provides extra space for families or groups to spread out, while reverse-cycle air conditioning, Wi-Fi and ceiling fans throughout the bedrooms help keep everyone comfortable during their stay.



The home sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms:



Bedroom 1: King bed

Bedroom 2: Queen bed

Bedroom 3: Double bed



Two bathrooms add convenience.



Outside, guests can enjoy both front and rear decks, giving you a choice of places to relax throughout the day. Fire up the BBQ, enjoy an easy meal outdoors or simply unwind after a day at the beach.



Best of all, the property is pet-friendly, so your four-legged family member can join you on your South Coast escape.



Guest Access:

Guests have private use of the home during their stay, including the living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and outdoor deck areas.



Self-check-in is available via a key safe, allowing you to arrive and settle in at your own pace.



Plenty of parking is available at the property.

Malua Bay is a relaxed South Coast beachside village known for its beautiful coastline, swimming beach and easy holiday atmosphere.



From Sunrise on the Bay, you can leave the car behind and stroll to Malua Bay Beach for a morning swim or beach walk, pick up supplies from the local IGA and shops, or head to Malua Bay Club for dinner and drinks.



It is an ideal location for families, couples and friends looking for a peaceful coastal getaway while still having everyday conveniences close by.



Getting Around:

Malua Bay Beach, local shops, IGA and Malua Bay Club are all within easy walking distance of the property.



A car is recommended if you want to explore more of the Eurobodalla Coast, with surrounding beaches, coastal villages, walking tracks, and Batemans Bay all within easy reach.

-The property accommodates a maximum of 6 guests.

-This is a two-storey home with internal stairs.

-The property is pet-friendly; guests travelling with pets are asked to follow the property's pet and house rules.

- No parties, events or Schoolies bookings are permitted.

- We provide a starter supply of essential items to help you settle in on arrival. As these are intended as a starter only, if you need anything in particular during your stay, we recommend bringing it with you.
