Waterside Unit 7 Mallacoota

  • La unidad de Waterside está a 200-300 m de Coulls Inlet, literalmente al otro lado de la carretera y el pasto hacia el agua. El balcón da al agua. Lugar perfecto para rodar un kayak a través de la carretera en el agua.

    Muy conveniente para alquiler de botes, kayak y bicicletas. A una cuadra de la panadería, pub, cafeterías y supermercados. Está rodeado por el Parque Nacional de Croajingolong, senderos para caminar, lagos y ríos, pesca, golf y una playa en el océano para su idílico retiro de vacaciones. Tenemos un espacio de embarcadero privado disponible por unidad, y un montón de estacionamiento para botes al lado de las unidades y en el paddock en la parte posterior.
    Siéntate en la veranda y admira los loros, las rabinas y los barcos. Lleve su kayak a la rampa y tenga una paleta.

    Esta unidad de 2 dormitorios tiene capacidad para 5 personas. El dormitorio principal tiene un hermoso aspecto soleado, con una cama queen. El segundo dormitorio grande tiene 2 camas individuales y nido opcional.

    El balcón tiene una gran barbacoa y amplios asientos para comer y disfrutar de la vista.

    Amarre gratuito disponible en nuestro embarcadero que se puede ver desde el balcón frontal. Un montón de estacionamiento para botes y remolques en nuestro paddock y en el césped justo detrás de las unidades.

    Las mascotas son bienvenidas dentro de las unidades y en el balcón seguro. Hay un patio con césped en frente de la unidad que está completamente cerrado y es seguro para mascotas con sombra debajo de la cubierta.

Location, location, location

This unit is located directly across from the lake and just one block from the shopping strip.Perfect Location.The unit is small but comfortable and clean. The large outdoor deck taking in the beautiful lake views and lovely summer breeze is a definite bonus. We will definitely rebook this unit when we next visit Mallacoota.

Great location

Property is located in a great location within easy walking distance from the town centre and the water. The property manager, Shane took care of us and nothing was a problem for him. Would recommend 👌

We enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect for us.

Property was clean and well stocked. The bed was well used and not very comfortable. Needs updating. Lovely location. Louise was lovely and helpful. We've rebooked for next year. Looking forward to it.

Great Location

A perfect pace for us and our dogs to stay. Lovely unit with a great covered deck. Plenty of parking space for car and boat trailer with boat mooring at private jetty in view of our deck. Everything we required Caretaker Shane is a legend. Many thanks.

Nice cottage with a beautiful lakeview. A great place to getaway from the city life.

The cottage is renovated and has a beautiful lakeview. The beds are very comfortable except for the 5th bed which is kind of soft. Shane, the Manager, is very helpful and attend to our needs promptly. We love the lakeview and enjoy BBQ very much!

Waterside Unit #7

Clean and very comfortable. Our dogs were welcome and well catered for. Our holiday was very pleasant because of this and we highly recommend this property and thank both the owner and the manager.

3 day break in Mallacoota

Undoubtedly the best part of the accommodation was the expansive deck overlooking the lake. Beds were comfortable too. The living area is small with couch space for two people only. We shared the kitchenette with a mouse!

Relaxing stay

We had a great relaxing stay, which is exactly what we wanted. Great location. Short walk to town shops, bakery etc. Loved the big deck with great views. There is little privacy on the deck from your neighbours, but that didn't bother us at all. Would stay again if ever we're back in Mallacoota.

Lovely Xmas stay!

Had a lovely stay over Xmas in this unit, the cleanliness wasn't immaculate (but it sounds like it was down to the guests before us) - but the large deck overlooking the water was exactly what we needed for summer evening meals. It's a fabulous location with boat and kayak hires across the road, and just a 5min walk to great little cafes, bakeries and ice cream shops. Communication with the owner John was great - he was very helpful, as was Shane who was there to greet us!

Amazing host and location

The experience was so amazing, i can't put that into words. Our property manager Shane was so nice and helpful. Location was perfect. Our pets had great time. The town was s9 nuce and had everything you need for a smooth stay.

Beautiful view

Comfortable accommodation with beautiful view. Friendly and helpful property manager. Great spot to explore surrounding beaches. The verandah is shared across the two properties with a divider between so good opportunity to go away with another family and share outdoor space.

Could have been presented better. Shower head dripped all the time. Outdoor area should have been cleaned re: tables. I was booked in unit 6 and ended up having to stay in unit 7

Lovely place to relax, unit was perfect for our needs. View from balcony was fantastic and position with regards to shops and lake was perfect. We will come back.
