We organised a private boat from Boracay to and from the island and were able to dock at the hotel beachfront making it even more special an experience. "Lo que más nos gustó fue la amabilidad de todo el personal, no había nadie que no te saludaba y sonreía cada vez que te ven o pasan por tu lado. Son rápidos en atenderte el room service es excelente en cuanto a tiempo de espera. La única pega es la formación del personal en el restaurante, preguntabas por los ingredientes de alguna salsa por ejemplo y no sabían decirte, por si eres alérgico a algo sería conveniente que lo supieran, por lo demás estupendo"
