The unobtrusive beach view from our room is the best, it really is a million dollar sight. The entire staff are friendly and helpful. We are on the 4th floor, no elevator, otherwise, we had a great stay.

staff were great, very helpful including double checking our pick up for return to the airport. Views were better than expected. Don't immediately freak on way to location as its great. Staff an locals are all very accommodating, restaurants were awesome best underrated location was Nagisa Japanese restaurant, value, an portions actual local prices.

The staff was great and friendly. The ocean view rooms are the best! Not a crowded place which is great for relaxing. Having the beach at the front of the property was so ideal. A little paper thin walls but nothing too crazy. Would definitely recommend the ocean view rooms.

Fin utsikt från endast 2 rum, vi bodde på ett av de. Personalen var trevliga, men gör allt för att suga ut pengar ut ur sina gäster istället för att värna om de. Det är inte så bra hospitality. Rummen var infekterade med massor av myror. Renligheten är också under all kritik då vi hade en stor svart fläck på golvet och var tvungen att be de att rengöra självklara ställen.

Super chambre avec vue sur mer! Attention de prendre les chambres majestueuses avec vue sur mer et piscine sinon les chambres sont trop trop petite. Très bien situé au calme et à quelques minutes de marche de la foule et de l’ambiance de Boracay! Je recommande

We booked the queen ocean view rooms. The rooms were so small, 2 adults with their bags did not fit! The rooftop pool was quite dirty and the " pool area" was really untidy and small. We tried to get a refund as we were booked for 4 nights but the manager insisted we go through our booking service- FYI, they work together and need approval from the property to refund, which we did not get. When looking at the property, the pictures did not show how small the rooms were, they only showed the larger rooms with the balcony.

Fin utsikt. Hotellet är behov av en ordentlig renovering/komplettering. Hotellet erbjuder ingen frukost eller bar som bilderna antyder. Kändes som att det var för många anställda som mest väntade utanför. Det var en takterass som var helt övergiven men med väldigt mycket potential. Solsegel? Solstolar? Varför inte nyttja all denna personal på att göra något åt det? Poolen hade fantastisk utsikt, rummet hade bekväm säng och ordentligt vattentryck i badrummet.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und empfehlen jeden hier her zu kommen. Was gibt es schöneres als mit Blick aufs Meer aufzuwachen? Das Hotel ist klein und direkt am Strand gelegen, und etwas weiter weg von den ganzen Verkäufern und dem sonstigen Tourigeschehen. Jedoch sind fußläufig die besten Bars und Restaurants zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder ! Vielen Dank :-)

예상과 달리 방이 너무 작았습니다. 하지만 전반적인 스탭들의 서비스는 만족했습니다. 디럭스 방에 아닌 다른 방에서는 다시한번 묵어볼 의사가 있습니다.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. There were good and bad things but if I was to go back I could stay there again. It’s a cheaper option than other hotels in station 2/3 as it’s still a bit of a walk there (20 min to station 2 for example) and therefore is located in a quieter area away from the crowds - that was a must for me. The beach is great, right in front of the hotel and is mostly empty as most people go to the beach nearer the area of station 2 so that was also perfect for peace and quiet. One if the highlights for me was the view from my room with the beach, palm trees and pool, (I stayed at the very top one with balcony, however please note if you choose this room type that the balcony is shared with the other top floor room, which is a bit weird as it’s less privacy, but for me it didn’t personally bother me as I barely saw the people from the room next door). The room itself is nice and spacious, very bright with white typa decoration for that sunny holiday feeling. Bed was big and comfortable. This hotel has so much potential but it’s getting a bit outdated/lack of care - there was a change of management apparently and things are getting a bit left out. For example the pool is useless (it’s like for decoration only, not the right location to have built it there it was a bit dirty), there’s also a terrace with great view but nothing there. They also have a kitchen not in use anymore (you can see it degraded) so no food at all in this property.

Unique place. Great hotel with great location and great staff. The rooms are tiny but super cozy and with great views. Oh this view ... It's unique to open your eyes in the morning and the first thing you see is the sea, the beach and the palm trees. The beach is in front of your room. You literally leave the room and go to the beach. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. They cooperate with everything and give very detailed information about everything that interests them. I recommend a place to rest.

Marguerita, Eugene and Miguel couldn’t have been nicer. We were upgraded last minute and it was the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life. Everything was top notch, a once in a lifetime experience. Couldn’t speak higher of this place.

The room we were first given was tiny but when I asked if it was possible to change the staff were very helpful. They were fully booked that night but moved us into another room the following day at no extra cost.

Four nights in boracay

Quite glad we chose this place over anything else in Station 3 despite a fair bit of walk to St 2. Didnt get to St 1 at all since no time. Peaceful stay area regardless of the construction works behind the building. Lovely daily cook to order breakfast. Staff are polite and accommodating. The house and views just amazing!

I booked 2nd floor ocean view deluxe room. They upgraded to 4th floor suite room. Room was so nice. Most beautiful view in boracay. Clean. Comfortable. Kindness. Helpful. end of Station 3 .. so it was really quite and peaceful. Welcome juice and wet hand towel Nice breakfast serve to private table in front of room so can enjoy meal with beautiful ocean view. I really wanna stay here again

Lovely small hotel located on the beach front in station 3 the quieter end of Boracay with a glass front infinity pool. It has Beautifully appointed modern rooms and great home cooked breakfast. Eugene and his staff make you feel very welcome.

The view was amazing from the 4th and 5th floor. Pool was perfect to cool off after the beach. Breakfast was actually very good. I liked how the hotel was stationed a bit away from the d mall.

The hotel is small but really really nice! The rooms are also small but we knew that before booking and didn’t really mind. The view is amazing and the pool is great! We loved watching sunset by the pool with a drink :) The only thing that I can say wrong about this place is that in the 3 nights we were there they didn’t come into the room to bring extra toilet paper or swipe the floor (as it’s a beach front hotel, you get a lot of sand in the room even if you wipe your feet etc) But it is very beautiful and I would definitely recommend :)
