This tourist apartment Málaga centre is located on the tenth floor of a building with a lift in the Malagueta neighbourhood, just a few minutes' walk from the beach, one of the most exclusive areas of Málaga.



With its magnificent location and unbeatable views, this beautiful recently built apartment offers a unique opportunity to enjoy a perfect getaway in Málaga, blending city and beach.



The holiday apartment Málaga centre consists of a living room with a sofa, a flat-screen television and an open kitchen. From the living room, you can access a charming terrace with views of the port area Muelle Uno, the Cathedral and the Alcazaba.



The bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobes and access to a bathroom with a shower. The terrace can be accessed from the bedroom.



The holiday rental Málaga centre has air conditioning, free internet access. We have nearby parking, cost 15€ per day. Subject to availability.

Die Unterkunft ist super . Wir haben auf dem Balkon gefrühstückt, der Supermarkt Carefoure ist ja nur zweimal um die Ecke. Gegessen haben wir jeweils einmal um die Ecke bei „La Taberna del Muelle“, sehr lecker und viel günstiger als auf der Touristen-Meile und das Personal ist supernett.

Apartment with fantastic view

Great apartment at 10 floor with fantastic view of the harbour and surroundings. Enjoyable to sit at the terrace and watch Malagueta seaside activity and life outside. Close to city centre, nice and pleasant walk into the centre. Close to good restaurants and shops. Clean and nice. Helpful host, easy to communicate with and fast to respond at requests. I will come back.

Very nice location. Host met us and was available for any questions we had during the week. Great spot to hit the restaurants on the port or a short walk into town centre. Quick trip to the beach as well.

A lovely flat is a convenient area. The views are incredible, and it was very clean, with a comfortable bed. It is small though, and even making a piece of toast in the kitchenette was challenging. A couple of things would make a big difference - a Nespresso machine, as the coffee machine is huge, taking up. most of the counter space, and some basic supplies like olive oil - nobody wants to spend 10 euros on a bottle they will only use a couple of times. But these are minor things. The location is perfect for the beach and the Old Town, but still very quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Location

The location is amazing! The best part of the property (other than the view) is the AC and the patio. Because it is centrally located, it is very easy to walk to all the best places. This property is definitely woth the stay.

Beautiful View

When you roll up you to the building it is not impressive, though once you get to the apartment and look out off the patio the view is spectacular. The apartment is close to all the sites and within easy walking distance. Lots of activity in the marina area - try the Italian restaurant La Tagliatella, the food was great, the sangria was great and the desert was great. The apartment is small so good for two people max for a short stay, but you don’t spend much time there anyway. The shower is a tight fit if you are a larger person. The beach is a 4 minute walk and you can rent a palapa, beach loungers and towels for 2 people for 18 euro. The beach bars are next to the palapa rentals so easy for food and drink when you are in the beach. Susanna was great and answered the few questions we had quickly.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft in bester Lage

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit unschlagbarer Aussicht. Mit 10 Minuten per Fuß zur Innenstadt auch zentral gelegen. Bäcker, Supermarkt und Restaurants gleich um die Ecke. Was will man mehr? Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur und dem Vermieter war reibungslos. Wir konnten dort auch unsere Koffer bei An- und Abreise zwischenlagern. Der Empfang war so herzlich dass man auch gleich im Urlaub ankommt. Einfach die perfekte Unterkunft um Malaga zu erkunden und Abends abseits des Trubel der Innenstadt einfach den Abend auf dem Balkon ausklingen zu lassen. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und freue mich schon auf das nächste Mal.

Great location, lovely views

Great location, easy to get to beaches, restaurants and to the historic city centre. Food shops really close by. The flat is small but very efficient in space and well maintained. There is not a full kitchen, but we managed to cook on a few nights. The terrace is spacious and has expansive views across the city - beautiful to sit and people watch, definitely the highlight of the space. Unfortunate that there was work being done on the roof of the building directly in front of us - it spoiled the sitting outside somewhat when they were working most days. Managing company was very easy to work with. Really enjoyable stay.

Great location

We were looking for somewhere near the beach, but not too far away from the city centre. This apartment was ideal and the Host was fantastic with us. The beach is a 2-3 minute walk away, the center is 10-15 mins. There is a development with shops and restaurants near by which was great, and a supermarket at the back of the apartment complex.

Amazing View

The only reason i gave 4 stars is the current construction side in front of the building. They redo an old building and start heavy working arround 8am. Of course its January, its the best time for construction work. Windows have good noise cancellations but the noise goes through the walls. I guess you could ask the landloard before booking if the construction side is still ongoing. If you dont mind this, or if you are awake early anyways - this place is really super nice! Susana is a very kind host and watching the harbor scenery from above was one of our favorite actions : ) We had a fantastic stay in Malaga!!

Magical Màlaga

Excellent apartment for 2 people. Clean and well equipped. As others have noted, the location is great — close to beach, restaurants, historical sites and the downtown area. We loved walking everywhere. The weather in mid November was not spectacular the week we were there, but only one day of rain.

Excellent Apartment for 2 in Outstanding Location

Though small (which we knew from the pictures), the apartment is just what we were looking for. It has outstanding views of the harbor and old town Malaga (lit up at night) and is close enough to walk to everything you'll want to see and even some beaches. There is a clothes washer and drying rack on the balcony which worked just perfectly for us. There's no dishwasher, but that's probably the only equipment downside and not an important one to us. The balcony is just great with the crank-down shades to block sun in the afternoon. You're looking West, so you have a wonderful view of the sunset. The parking is tight (expected) but convenient. So, while it's not a 5 start residence (and not billed as one), we recommend it to anyone who is looking for a well-located, fully-equipped apartment with great views. The pillows could be better (true everywhere) and we would appreciate Instructions for the following:  How to operate TV and Bluetooth speaker  How to operate washing machine and what detergent to use  Location of shopping close by  List of recommended restaurants  What to do with the trash (conflicting instructions from property manager and written instructions).

Exactly as the brochure said and the reviews.

A top location overlooking the harbour and close to good restaurants and shops. A short walk into the old town and from the bus stop coming from the airport. The apartment is ideal for a couple and we had five very enjoyable days never tiring of the view from the apartment. The weather was sunny the whole time with temperatures 18 - 20 c. We ate out for every meal as the quality and prices of the restaurants were outstanding.

A great location for a Málaga city trip

The apartment is a great location for a Malaga citytrip. Easy walking to the main attractions in Malaga, and 5 mins from the beach :-) a lovely place to unwind at the end of the day, sit on your own balcony, and watch the sunset.
