Alluring 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment conveniently located in the heart of Malaga's historic district, an urban oasis of peace and comfort.



This 125-square-meter holiday rental was recently completely refurbished, using high-quality building materials, exquisite finishings and furnishings, including all the latest technological features.



This singular property was tastefully decorated with the greatest attention-to-detail, featuring sophisticated contemporary and refined furniture of uncompromising quality.



With its soaring ceilings, your home-away-from-home is made up of three large double bedrooms with plenty of closet space, two full exquisite marble bathrooms with shower.



The custom-made designer kitchen was built using high-quality materials, equipped with plenty of storage, cutting edge countertops, modern technology and state-of-the art appliances.



Right next to the kitchen you will find a convenient separate laundry room with a washer, a dryer and plenty of space for storage.



The huge living area provides our guests an exquisite living experience with plenty of sitting space, luxurious furnishings and a large smart TV.



From the living room, you can access an interior patio with quality furnishings to enjoy an outdoor space to read or enjoy al-fresco dining.



The master bedroom gives directly onto Calle Nueva, Malaga's liveliest commercial street,, right in the heart of the old town, yet a haven of peace, allowing you to watch the world go by from the tranquillity of your holiday home.



There is high-speed internet, air-conditioning and heating throughout the property.

Check in was excellent and the management company was very responsive when contacted. The location and apartment were also excellent. The outdoor sitting area was well appointed but there were birds on the roof so we didn’t like sitting there. The apartment was very clean, however, the entryway attracted bugs in the evenings. Overall we were there two weeks and had a good experience.

Needs Attention

The rooms are full of mold. There was obviously a leak that had been there prior to our arrival. The walls were full of water stains and pictures had been removed and mold forming. Be sure to bring your own shampoo and body wash, supplies at the apartment were very minimal. Communication with the property managers was awful. Took them over a day to respond to our concerns regarding the mold and other questions. And then another day for a phone call. We killed several roaches both in the entry to the building and in the kitchen of the apartment.

We had a great stay! Apartment was comfortable and clean. We were 5 adults and a 3 year old and had lots of space to hang. Location was dead center Malaga which was lovely. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

Amazing Property, Great Location

Smack dab in the middle of the historic center of Malaga, this property was perfectly located for our first visit to the Costa del Sol. The unit was recently renovated in a modern style with all the bells and whistles. Well appointed kitchen, laundry room and living spaces that made our stay exceptional Although the unit is exceptionally quiet (you can’t hear anything from the street), we did hear our upstairs neighbors a few nights, although they quieted down around midnight.

Wonderful stay

Very modern, spacious, clean and quiet apartment. Located in city center with many restaurants and shopping opportunities very close by. About a 20 minute easy walk to main train station. Would definitely recommend.

Malaga holiday

Excellent location, property was as described & photos were actually true to life. Lift & washer & dryer were major benefits as was multiple bathrooms. Kitchen well appointed. Only issue was wifi did not reach master bedroom. Not a major issue. Overall a def 5/5. Will be back.
