First of all, the hotel reception is very far from the place of residence, so any problem that may occur must be gone to the reception, for example, the apartment key did not open the outside door, so we had to go to the reception to activate the key again. The receptionist, whose name is Irina, is very, very bad in her dealings. She is not able to absorb the customer's anger. She must change her behavior because she is harming the hotel.
