The apartment has an autonomous check-in system. We will send you the instructions to access the apartment.

No parties or annoying activities, such as noise, are allowed from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

You must always comply with the rules of the community, making appropriate use of the facilities.

A credit card pre-authorization deposit of €300.00 will be required before your arrival. Such pre-authorization is not a charge, just a hold, and will be released within weeks of your departure.
