Note that "sleeps 8" means three bedrooms each with double beds and two with single futons. cleaning and concierge services are excellent. Note that there is a full kitchen but no on-site laundry. We couldn’t light the grill, and someone was over within 5 minutes to assist. I’d love to go back. So relaxing."

"El paseo estuvo muy bien, pero pienso que a la casa le hace falta mantenimiento, además me hubiera gustado que tengan una vajilla de cerámica, toda la vajilla era de plástico y me parece que algunas personas como a mi familia les incomoda comer y beber en utensilios plásticos. También recomendamos mejoras en los sartenes que ya están muy viejos y todo se pega, los cuchillos no tenían filo. "This home was very pretty. The property is lovely and the management was wonderful. The house was very clean and the beach access is great. Unfortunately the listing doesn’t let you know that it is directly next to Banana Beach (it shares a wall with the bar) so it is very loud with music/a dj on in the day and night. Aside from the noise it was a great house though"

"Skip. The host listed the property as a 2 minute walk to the beach and it was a 10-12 min 4x4 drive challenge. Since we planned to be able to walk we checked out and asked for a refund. He has not done so to make the situation right. Santa Teresa has been taken over by tourists and developers and not your typical Costa Rica pura vida experience. Cons: The host responded to emails quickly, but the management company that oversaw the home weren't great. I was told to message the management company to set up a time for check in, but she never responded. After messaging the host, he was able to give me the info for check in.
