The other property was rundown and smile like its been locked up for months, as soon as we walked in we received damaged furniture, roaches in the bathtub and the ac or hot water didn't work we try to communicate it and the host didn't respond until the day of check out to tell us we will not be getting out security deposit back that we had...

"Staying at fern court really gave me the island feel. With the garden view and lush colors of the island, it was a lot different from back home. The community is gated which is really nice. The apartment was super comfortable and I really liked the fact that I had a full kitchen. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel needs to be updated.......water in bath running slowly......toilet makes a lot of noise when flushed.....no activities at hotel......people can look through keyhole of our door.......hotel door definitely NEEDS to be updated! The pot used to carry the hot water for tea at breakfast time was dirty and broken. Tea cups not clean properly....House cleaning was not daily......toilet dirty......AC leaking on balcony.....The location is excellent....the ocean is just at the back of...

"First room we saw was full of old furniture and missing windows blades. The bathroom was also a mess. The second room was musky and located across from the entrance of an entertainment center. We were only able to sleep from 2am to 5am due to noise."
