"Absolutely great appartment"

"Stayed at this property for our daughter’s graduation from the University of Kent at the Rochester cathedral. Location was walking distance to the event and many shopping and dining options. Great secure parking as well as an extremely well appointed two bedroom two bathroom flat!"

"The flat is very clean, tidy and fresh and has everything you will need for several days stay. Easy walking onto town centre with loads of shops and places to eat. Faversham is a lovely place to wnader around tooCar parking near the flat is very tricky (as is the case everyewhere in Faversham it seems) but Debbie does give you some ideas and if they are full then there are plenty of other sidestreets to try.Communication with Debbie, the host was wonderfully easy and she is really helpful."

The bedding had a funny smell in some places but not others. The floor was gritty so my feet were soon unclean again after a shower. All of this was particularly disappointing as I had...

"Very good accomodation in pleasant neighborhood with friendly host. Clear communication for check-in & out. Overall great stay!"
