Bach nice and warm during the night, spacious lounge/ dining area and comfortable futon that could be used as an extra bed. Good oven with fully equiped kitchen. Downside would be the misleading listing. There is no bbq, ...

Excellent stay, very accomodating in terms of essentials provided . Spacious. Warm and inviting . Convient location, walk way to view of Baylys beach . 30 minutes from Kai Iwi Lakes . Would definitely book again in future, and recommend to family and friends. Thanks so much .
