"The air barely worked in the hotel room. Never got below 73°, even had maintenance out and they "fixed" it....it changed nothing. The pool had lots of bugs and debris floating. Hotel room table had peeling finish someone had just tried to tape down. Not worth the money charged."

Great Smokies Inn Cherokee
"The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The table needed to be updated, but not bad. Loved the pool and large room for games and such. Also, a very nice large firepit out back for all guest to enjoy. My husband and I will visit again."

"The front desk staff weren't particularly friendly but the breakfast gal was superb! Very friendly and super helpful, cheerful! She could give the front desk some lessons."

Cherokee Grand Hotel
"There a little issue with a/c but it was taking care off right after I call the front desk. Friendly and welcoming staff. We just wish we had a nice view,instead of a tiny hill that is so close to our window. But all and all it was nice and clean."
