"This is a beautiful old hotel with so much history. We love it so much. But it is suffering the same fate as many of our favorite Hilton properties, neglect. We paid 250 a night to stay without AC. The desk clerk knew but did not mention at check in. We waited an hour in line to check in and then ..."

"Room was nasty! Cold water! Bugs in the unit. Weed smell. Super loud. Only stayed 1 night of the 4 day reservation because the front desk people were no help. It was the worse experience in a hotel I have ever encountered. DO NOT STAY HERE!"
