"There was a heavy odor of cigarette smoke when we opened the door. Despite it being listed as no smoking. Had to go out and get air fresheners. Messaged the owner who never responded. Dirty dishes found in dishwasher which also smelled. Had to hand wash the dishes and silverware just to be on safe side. And dirty towels found hanging behind bathroom door. Backyard full of weeds and hadn’t been cut in a while. Have stayed at other VRBO properties, this one was the worst."

"Great property, location is great, everything we were doing is within 10-20 minutes drive. They thought of all the little things that make it feel like home. Good parking. Close to grocery store. If we come back to Cincinnati we will definitely try to stay here again!"

"Safe neighborhood. Well maintained house. House was built around 1915. All 3 bedrooms are up a flight of fairly steep stairs. The main floor stayed a comfortable temperature all week. The upstairs was uncomfortably warm for sleeping. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom that function well. The air conditioning reaches the upstairs, but because the home is so old, it doesn’t get cool up there. We traveled in June with highs around 90 degrees and stayed for 6 nights. Parking is on the...

"Convenient location to the city. Lots to do within a short 20 - 30 minute drive. We were visiting family that was within 10 minutes. The apartment was comfortable and perfect for the 2 of us to have a quiet place to relax between trips and at night."

"We are frequent VRBO renters and we use Premier Hosts because they are always excellent. The place was perfect just like the pictures. The location is so great. A gentrified neighborhood with restaurant's, markets and shops in easy walking distance. The host owns multiple units in the building so we had family on multiple floors. Thanks Danny!"
