"House was quaint and relatively clean (just cob webs and dead bugs here and there). It was nice not having to park on the street but the driveway had a huge ditch that filled with mud and rain multiplie times during our stay. We loved having access to an enclosed backyard (could’ve used some sprucing up) but met our needs great. The only thing that we found a little frustrating was the upstairs window by the stairs not having a privacy curtain, since it’s right outside of the bathroom and master...

"Wish we had more time to enjoy this rental and Loveland. We got in pretty late and left early. The set up was perfect and everything was clean and new looking with flair. I would definitely go out of my way to stay there again if I am in the state."

"We are frequent VRBO renters and we use Premier Hosts because they are always excellent. The place was perfect just like the pictures. The location is so great. A gentrified neighborhood with restaurant's, markets and shops in easy walking distance. The host owns multiple units in the building so we had family on multiple floors. Thanks Danny!"

"This my second time staying there. Not a bad place at all. Has everything you mostly need around there and easy access to I275… Only thing I didn’t like is I don’t remember them asking for a security deposit when you arrived."
