  • Great place to relax with family or friends after a day of activities or traveling. We are located 3 miles from I-75 and close to Kings Island, Warren County Sports Park, many Hospitals, Miami Valley Gaming, Historic Lebanon, Shopping, Eateries and Parks.

    We are located in a country rural setting, offer a peaceful private suite (in lower level with host living above) & use of a large front porch & back patio to view beautiful sunrises/sunsets & surroundings.

    Large open suite with one king and one queen sized bed. Furnished kitchenette with dining area. A bathroom with shower is provided.

    Smoking/Vaping strictly PROHIBITED !

    - This suite is NON HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE !!

    Suite includes:
    - 75inch Samsung Smart TV with entertainment surround sound system.
    - Guest Apps included are Spectrum Cable and Pureflix
    - Guest Apps, for private login, include: Disney+, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video,
    Tobi, HBO Max, Peacock, etc...
    - Guest Wifi (Download over 500Mbps/Upload over12.Mbps)
    - USB outlets provided through-out suite.

    Guest access
    - Keypad coded lock at entrance door. Code provided day of stay.
    - Onsite parking is provided for up to 2 vehicles. (contact host if more needed)
    - Entrance to suite does involve steps with handrail provided.

What a wonderful place to stay. The hosts were amazing and we could tell they put in so many personal touches to make us feel like we were in a home away from home. My daughter and I came in for a conference at Oasis Church and it was wonderful coming back to this place of peace, relaxation and rest. We are thankful we booked this place and if we are ever in town again we will surely stay here.

We enjoyed many things about this property. It was very well kept, clean, had plenty of space, felt like home, the AC worked great, getting in was easy and the host was responsive. We even had a teething baby that cried at night and even though we were on the lower level, the noise was not heard by the host on the upper level. We would definitely stay again.

Our family had an amazing trip to Ohio. We loved the space we were able to stay in! It was a great space to hang out, get carry out, play games and hang out in the huge backyard! Great location near kings island where we spent one of our days! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home! My daughter is already asking to go back! Couldn't recommend more highly!!

Every detail is well thought out. Parking was easy, check in was seamless, beds were comfortable, kitchenette was well stocked, bathroom was spotless. This was our second time staying and I would definitely stay again!

One of the top two Verbo‘s I’ve ever stayed at. The hosts attention to detail is phenomenal and she even had a welcome sign out front when I arrived. Literally three minutes from the golf course where we played. The space was open and welcoming and comfortable. Also had crackers and candies for the taking if you’d like.The communication was outstanding and they went an extra mile to let us check in early to suit our schedule.I plan on returning next year at the same time for the same event.Recommend 100%.

This was the best VRBO experience from start to finish that we’ve ever had. The setting was perfect, peaceful, and accessible to our focus of the weekend. The communication was swift, gracious, and overly accommodating. The space looked exactly as it was portrayed and was as clean as can be. The personal touches with the snacks and towels and, and, and… can’t thank the hosts enough. And we’ve never met before! Thanks for a tremendous stay and the memories we made as a family. If ever given the opportunity, we’ll be back and stay again and again.

Such a cute, comfortable space where we could all stay together. It was wonderfully decorated and had everything we could ever want and need. Loved the goodies that were left for us. We'll definitely stay there again the next time we're in town.

This place was heavenly! It was clean the staff was wonderful and it was very comfortable. I will stay here again and would recommend anyone to stay here. It was very close to town even though its out in the country. It has a great country slow paced living.
