Private Large Suite, cozy, quiet & close to I-75

Great place to relax with family or friends after a day of activities or traveling. We are located 3 miles from I-75 and close to Kings Island, Warren County Sports Park, many Hospitals, Miami Valley Gaming, Historic Lebanon, Shopping, Eateries and Parks.

We are located in a country rural setting, offer a peaceful private suite & use of a large front porch & back patio to view beautiful sunrises/sunsets & surroundings.

Large open suite with one king and one queen sized bed. Fully furnished kitchenette with dining area. A bathroom with shower is provided. Smoking/Vaping strictly PROHIBITED !

- This suite is NON HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE !!

Suite includes:
- 75inch Samsung Smart TV with entertainment surround sound system.
- Guest Apps included are Spectrum Cable and Pureflix
- Guest Apps, for private login, include: Disney+, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video,
Tobi, HBO Max, Peacock, etc...
- Guest Wifi (Download over 500Mbps/Upload over12.Mbps)
- USB outlets provided through-out suite.

Guest access
- Keypad coded lock at entrance door. Code provided day of stay.
- Onsite parking is provided for up to 2 vehicles. (contact host if more needed)
- Entrance to suite does involve steps with handrails provided.
Other things to note
- Suite can accommodate additional guests (upon request) and host can provide
additional sleeping accommodations.
- For long term stays, host shall enter & clean suite every 10 days (cleaning fee
applies each cleaning).

Nice reward at day's end

Nicely appointed suite with comfy seating. Clean and relaxing; loved the large TV. Appreciated the treats and coffee, along with the hand-chalked welcome sign. Quiet rural setting among other nice homes. You won't be disappointed.

Everything more than met our expectations from the receipt of the clear checkin directions through the conclusion of our stay. All the details, big and small, directly supported a comfortable stay away from home. The location was perfectly situated, with easy access to everything we needed, including a direct route to Kings Island.Should we find ourselves in the Lebanon area again, we will absolutely be back!

My son played at a soccer tournament nearby and we needed to stay in the area for one night. It was perfect for our family of 4 (kids 8 and 2). It was very comfortable and homey. There's a washer and dryer so I was able to wash his uniform for day 2 of the tournament. Beds were comfy, plenty of blankets and pillows. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here.

Home away from home

The moment you drive up you are welcomed. The property is beautiful, clean and welcoming. The suite is the same! Our son graduated from Miami in Oxford and this was a wonderful place to relax after the busy Friday and Saturday in Oxford. I loved sitting outside and regrouping from the day. We were a happy family tucked in this beautiful property. Meredith had added all the touches of a home away from home. Thank you!

This suite is extra large. Lots of floor room for exercise or children to play. Everything decorated in peaceful colors. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom large and silky soft towels. Plenty of shelves and dressers.Conveniently located to major highways and outlet mall.

Short competitions stay

It was very warming and welcome being as soon as we pulled up we were welcomed by our name welcome board very great instructions on how to get down to the house. The inside was beautiful and very cozy and warm with snacks. Waiting on us. Absolutely loved it. My girls loved it would recommend it to anyone. It was very cozy and clean. What absolutely book it again if we ever go back to that area.

Such a nice place!

We have stayed at many VRBO and this one would be at the top!! So super clean, cozy, and filled with so many extras that made the nights’ stay like home. Host was so friendly and welcoming!

Comfy and cozy

Very nice size basement mother-in-law type suite. Hardly any noise could be heard from upstairs. Very clean and beautiful decor. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would stat again.

Christmas Parade 🎄

Came up to celebrate the Horse Drawn Carriage Parade in Lebanon. House was an easy 15 minute drive to downtown Lebanon. House was absolutely gorgeous and exactly as pictured described. Host had snacks and waters. Comfortable beds and decorated for Christmas. Would definitely stay again.

Clean, safe, quiet and easy parking. I didnt expect from the listing pictures but it is a side door entry to a lower unit of an occupied home. Great place if you're planning a peaceful or less rowdy stay!

Hidden gem

We stayed here with our daughter, while visiting over parent weekend at Miami Univ. The suite was spotless, comfortable, and the hosts were very responsive. We weren't looking to stay this far away from campus (about 45 mins), but it ended up being a hidden gem. We enjoyed eating and shopping in downtown Lebanon, hiked at a nearby park, picked up a couple of gourds at a local pumpkin patch, and avoided the crowds on campus.

The host was amazing. I had a last minute change in the size of my family getting together and I contacted the host. She was very gracious and understanding. The room and property was absolutely fantastic. We will definitely stay there again and for longer next time.
