"The best resort I have been to in Cebu. Impeccable service and everyone were very polite and courteous. They made me feel such a VIP from getting off the vehicle to checking in and throughout my entire stay. I would like to mention or call the attention of some of the employees:
Eh la- Front office
Filamer & Johndry ( Azure)
Wendell- room service
Claire- Saffron
Johnny- Conceirge
Merba- Housekeeping
Kudos to everyone not mentioned especially the gardeners as well. I wished I could have...

"I booked this Hotel for my parents, but when they arrived at the place (Hotel). They told my parents that they don't have a room for them because the room that I booked, someone has booked before me. In other words, overbooking. I have hotel confirmation and send a copy to my sister just incase because i live overseas and the time differences. They called me many times while I was sleeping. And my phone was on sleep mode. I saw the message an hour after when i woke up and I was very worried 😟....

"There's many good things about this place , But the first one that comes to my mind is comfort , for the most part there is everything you need there and it has a nice view . I had a problem at first and it got handled . And for staying 3 weeks I really had an enjoyable stay. And found the convenience of local shopping , coffee, and beach was all within walking distance of less than 10 minutes. I'd stay again !"
