I think the kitchen chairs would be better with some felt on the legs so they don't scrape on the floor.

"A great motel conveniently located not far from the town centre. Top marks for cleanliness. Garden area lovely and rooms spacious. We were in a room designed for people with a disability. While we didn't need the railings etc it's worth mentioning for those who might. Plenty of parking and lovely and quiet even on New Year's Eve. "
