"Checked into this property last minute on our trek in South Island, NZ. Very comfortable, spacious and safe neighborhood. The house/apartment had all amenities needs for you stay. We were able to wash clothes and refreshing up really well. The only thing we did not realize was that there was a washing machine, but no dryer. "After a long journey, arrived to a room that had not been cleaned from last guests. Called owner to complain and he offered us the room next door which was prepared fro new guests. We accepted but felt the room wasn’t as clean as it should be. We asked for a discount but was refused. I felt it was overpriced. "
