"The private hot tubs in the tree houses and cabins are too short to accommodate one or 2 people.
The self service check-in is annoying, there is nobody on the premises and we couldn't lock our treehouse door. I called the phone support and they insisted on sending me a video instead of just telling me how to lock the entry door. I had to talk to someone in the Philippines about charging the security deposit to my credit card.
There is no private balcony or patio. The tree houses have one set of...

"Room is modern and clean but has a few issues: 1. Curtain covers the air conditioner making it practically useless on a hot night 2. Stepping into the bathroom, the floor has a lip which is a trip hazard and nearly fell a few times 3. Outside is poorly maintained."

"The property is exactly as pictured. The bathroom is beautiful. It was a very hot and humid night and the air conditioner kept us cool and comfortable. The only 1 suggestion for improvement- we reserved the room for 4 guests and were given 2 towels. Everything else was very nice. "

"The house is amazing, great location and plenty of room for us to gather. The small house has its own kitchen, bathrooms and two bedrooms. We were able to cook a big dinner for everyone in the kitchen.The neighbor was lovely. We were able to rent a boat and dock right at the house. Lovely place."
