Located just a few minutes' walk from Jean Macé square and metro station, as well as the tramway to Perrache, you'll appreciate the peace and comfort of this modern, tastefully decorated studio apartment.

The apartment is located in a new and modern residence. It overlooks an inner courtyard on the ground floor.

You will enjoy a bright living space with HD TV and a 140*190 sofa bed, and a nice view on the inner courtyard of the building. You will also enjoy a nice dining area for 2 people and a small modern kitchen fully equipped, as well as a modern bathroom with shower and toilet.

WIFI Fiber available. Courtesy items are available (pasta, rice), as well as a traveler's guide that will give you all the information about the apartment (wifi code, notices) and the good addresses in Lyon.

The entrance to the apartment is done with our receptionist by appointment. The checkout is scheduled until 11am maximum.

The whole Memorable Place team is mobilized to guarantee you the best stay in complete safety! Before each arrival, we have a professional cleaning team to clean and disinfect the premises and the linens used.

As mentioned in the advertisement, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) that could disturb our neighborhood are forbidden in our apartment.
It is also forbidden to smoke inside the apartment. Any breach of these rules during the stay will result in a financial penalty.
