Located on Rue Burdeau, just a few minutes’ walk from Place des Terreaux and at the foot of the slopes of the Croix-Rousse silk-weavers’ quarter, this lovely, cosy 26 m² studio charms with its bright atmosphere, two windows and unobstructed views over the lower Croix-Rousse and the Jardin des Plantes.
Situated on the 2nd floor (no lift) in a typical Lyon building, it offers a quiet and pleasant setting, ideal for a holiday or a business trip.
🏡 The accommodation This well-appointed studio comprises:
A small, cosy living area with original exposed stonework, an HD TV and a sofa area. A pleasant bar/dining area for two people. A lovely, small, fully equipped modern kitchen. A separate modern bathroom with shower and toilet.
For sleeping, you’ll have a 140×190cm double bed, accessed via a secure metal ladder, on a mezzanine level open to the living room. The maximum height at sleeping level is approximately 1.50 m.
🍽️ Fully equipped kitchen
The small, modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for cooking just like at home: hob, microwave, fridge, kitchen utensils, crockery, etc.
Instructions for the appliances are available in the kitchen.
🛁 Bathroom
A beautiful, separate modern bathroom, equipped with a shower and toilet.
Bed linen and towels are provided. We provide soap and shower gel from the eco-friendly brand GREENLAB.
