"This hotel is incredible! It is an old building which has been redone. The architect and owners struck a perfect balance. The ambiance is warm and inviting with touches from the past. The check-in process was very easy. The receptionist who greeted us and even showed us to our room was very personable and inviting. "The bed was comfortable but pillows were too soft and I prefer something a bit more firmer like thank you for a lot of pillows. Some things If I knew was in the room I would have asked for help getting some things down I did mention it would be nice if they provided a step stool for us short adults and as well kids too.
