"The Alex was charming, clean and centrally located. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The views are spectacular, especially from the rooftop restaurant/bar. "The hotel presented well, and staff were efficient and friendly. We arrived close to 10 pm and there were no restaurant or bar facilities open in the hotel, and so we had to seek food and drink outside. The room was good and offered all necessary amenities."

"I had a one night stay before catching a ferry. The hotel is easy to get to, very close to the airport bus stop. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast wasn't included in my rate but prices were reaonable and there was a good choice."

"Breakfast was very good. The room was hot and the windows were left open. Staff did not bring up luggage or tell us to push the button to turn the air on. Also they didn’t tell us we would need to repeatedly turn the air back on. We couldn’t leave our laptop to charge bc the power goes off when you leave the room. The check in app was cumbersome. Too many scans to get out of the building"

"Our stay at Gallery Central was perfect for us. We had just ended an 11 day cruise and our flight home was not until the next day. Gallery Central was close to the port and was a nice clean hotel. We arrived late morning and were able to purchase breakfast which was a great benefit. I would recommend a stay at this hotel to others."

"The breakfast special offered at the hotel was huge and very tasty. The menu offered in the restaurant was excellent. The rooms were very clean, the beds were a bit hard for Canadians but worked well. The staff were extremely helpful and their English was very good for most of the staff."
