Overview:
We have arguably the best equipped stay available for your adventure to the popular, beautiful and well-renowned Bruny Island. This property features an open plan home with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, equipped super comfortable furnishings including two leather lounges, two king size beds, a fully equipped kitchen, coffee station, breakfast bar (stools facing kitchen), wood fire and heat pump/reverse cycle air conditioner which is very efficient and a games room with pool table, lounge with chaise, fridge and bar table with stools. Out the front you can enjoy the view with outdoor settings, a BBQ for the true Aussies amongst us, a fenced area and a screen for your privacy, so that you can enjoy the 6 seater spa and 2-3 person infrared sauna whilst looking out at the water - Making this the perfect choice for your Bruny Island getaway.

Connectivity
We have high speed Starlink internet which is the best you'll find on the Island, as connectivity can be an issue on an isolated Island. For that reason we do ask guests to be patient with power outages etc, as these things can happen and it can take time to have them rectified due to the isolation. Luckily we have a wood heater to keep you toastie in case this is a problem during your stay. Generally we have been very lucky with our internet and power but we just like to let everyone be aware of what may be experienced with Island Life.

Pets (prior approval required)
Your furry friends are welcome on request and for a small fee, and will be kept safe in the fenced area at the front of the house.

The Bedrooms
Each bedroom has a King Bed with soft sheets and pillows (plus more pillows in the wardrobes available if you want something different) and more blankets if required. There is space in the built in wardrobes for you to utilise to help make yourself at home. Both bedrooms boast King Size Beds with Electric Blankets to help keep you toastie during the cooler months.

Lounge Area
The lounge has 2 incredibly comfortable leather lounges - a 2.5 seater and a 2 seater for you to relax on while watching the 65inch TV, Sony DVD Player and Sony Soundbar. The TV has Prime Video, Disney & Netflix available for your viewing pleasure. There is also a Nintendo Wii U for the gamers amongst us, many many many DVDs for watching, books for reading, blankets and pillows for your comfort and electric heated blankets located in the front bedrooms' wardrobe if you need something a bit warmer.

Dining Area
A dining table with 6 comfortable seats. Assorted games on offer to help keep the laughs coming and make your stay even more enjoyable and fun.

Kitchen
A fully equipped kitchen for the avid cooker - You are most welcome to use everything available to you to cook up a storm! We try to keep oil, basic condiments and some herbs and spices available for your use.

Coffee Station
A new Nespresso Coffee Pod Machine is now available so you don’t have to miss out on your caffeine fix! There is also regular coffee and tea available if you prefer. Milk is generally also available.
We run off tank water, and have a water filter for drinking water plus also a water filter in the fridge for cold filtered water.

Other
Beach towels are available.
