"Das Beste war das Personal, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Was mir nicht so gut gefallen hat war die Isolierung der Zimmer, man konnte nicht gut schlafen weil man alles von seinen Nachbarn mitbekommt. Parkplatz muss man extra bezahlen, das habe ich davor nicht gewusst"

"Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt im Dormero Altes Kaufhaus in Lüneburg leider nicht vollends zufrieden. Das Zimmer hat sehr abgewohnt und lieblos eingerichtet gewirkt, am Gang lag Schmutz und eine Glasscherbe. Im Fitnessraum waren mehrere Geräte defekt und im Saunabereich hat es unangenehm ..."

"Rummet var helt ok även om det hade en lite märklig lukt, stort och fräscht. Dock var incheckningsprocessen väldigt omständlig, och jag hittade ingen info om att incheckningen skedde vid receptionen till Best Western hotellet som låg in bra bit ifrån. Onlineincheckningen gav oss ett helt annat rumsnummer ..."
