Spacious Attic Suite in the Heart of Lüneburg’s Old Town

This stylish attic suite offers plenty of space and comfort for families or small groups who want to stay in a central location while still being able to relax and unwind. Lüneburg’s Old Town is right on your doorstep, and the living experience is upscale, modern, and pleasantly understated.

The open-concept entryway leads to a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and
a dining area—ideal for shared meals or relaxed evenings. A high-quality bean-to-cup coffee maker, a kettle with a selection of teas, and very fast Wi-Fi are, of course, provided.

The suite features three separate bedrooms. Two bedrooms share a modern shower room with a toilet; the third bedroom has its own bathroom. All rooms are bright, furnished to a high standard, and designed for relaxation. Two rooms offer a view of the lively Schröderstraße with its urban flair, while the third is in a quieter location.
The suite has three bedrooms and can accommodate up to seven people. For bookings with fewer than four guests, two bedrooms are always included; a third bedroom is available for an additional fee of 50 € per night.

In addition, there is a compact, windowless retreat that is particularly suitable for teenagers or as an additional sleeping option when the suite is fully occupied.

🍽 Special perk:
On the first floor of the building is our popular trendy restaurant with a sun terrace on a small piazza. Guests can choose to enjoy a relaxed breakfast there or start their day with a cup of coffee. Use of the restaurant is optional—the attic suite itself remains unaffected and pleasantly quiet.

🚗 Parking:
Parking spaces in the building are available on weekends (Fri–Sun) subject to availability and can be requested upon arrival. The parking fee is €20 per day
