A charming, renovated rustic house nestled in the Tuscan countryside

Dating back to 1890 and located on the picturesque slopes of the village of Lucignano, 1 km from the historic center, the property overlooks a charming park featuring a garden, vineyard, olive grove, and orchard.
The accommodations are located within the estate where our family resides but is completely independent and consists of a spacious living room, a kitchen-dining area, two bedrooms, a home office, a bathroom, and a laundry room.
High-quality finishes and handcrafted works of art are the details that enhance the traditional Tuscan furnishings.
Outside, there is a furnished patio, a sunbathing area, and a large garden; in a lodge, there is a hot tub available from April through November (for a fee if heated) and a sauna (for a fee). The garden also features a swimming pond, usually open from June to September, and a barbecue area.
There are pets in the garden: two friendly dogs and two cats.
Casale di Lucullo’s location makes it the ideal base for exploring Tuscany and its history, cuisine, wines, and, above all, its landscapes.
Situated between Val di Chiana and Val d’Orcia, famous tourist destinations such as Siena and Florence are just 30–45 minutes away.
In the immediate vicinity, you can explore the wine routes, passing through the Chianti Hills to Montalcino and Montepulciano, and perhaps even continuing on to the dirt roads of L’Eroica.
