The area where Villa Poggiospinoso is found is very interesting to explore; it is just a few kilometres from Arezzo and the main Tuscan sights are easily reached by car. The splendid region of Umbria is also very close by and without a doubt deserves a visit.

First floor: twin bedroom, bathroom with bathtub, double bedroom (accessible also from outside).
Second floor: bathroom with shower (no bidet). Certain areas of this floor of the building have a low ceiling of 1.5m.

Casa dei Pini
Ground floor: entrance into living room (TV) with fireplace and dining area, kitchen (oven, fridge-freezer, mini electric oven) and access to outside, bathroom with shower and washing machine.
First floor: double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, bedroom with French bed (suitable size for two children or one adult), bathroom with bathtub, twin bedroom.
