"The property was perfect location for our needs during this trip. Neighborhood was quiet. Beds were comfy and plenty of coffee!! Yay! The property is somewhat dated, but clean and well stocked."

"Was the first time to rent a house instead of a hotel room. We enjoyed everyone being in the same place together instead of 2 hotel rooms. Was in the area to visit a friend. Location was just 4 minutes from his house! Everything was nice. We do like our place on the cooler temperature side and the ac was not quite what we are use to but we made it do. Would probably do it again when visiting. Thanks!"

"Convenient for our family get together. Family travelled from Diamondhead MS and Gulf Breeze Fl. We wanted to go to TopGolf and it was just 15 minutes from the property. Having four bedrooms at a reasonable price was much appreciated. The huge flatscreen TVs in 3 of the bedrooms was fantastic! We enjoyed our stay."

"This property is the perfect place to stay to be close to everything. We have family that lives up the road so it made it super easy for us to drive back and forth between houses. The house is super clean and taken care of and the owner was very responsive! Would recommend for anyone in the area that needs a place to stay for a weekend!"

"Nice enough to say overall experience was good. Ice maker doesnt work. No ice trays. Door keypad dead but was able to get in quiclly with a phone call. Yard was awful. Limbs and leaves covering driveway and patio furniture. Provided coffee for 6 cups. Everything was was clean except master bathroom rug. Bring a stopper if you want to use the bath tub. Decorating screams "what we found at thrift store". Kitchen French doors uses a live, laugh, love shower curtain cut in half with a kitchen knife....

"Overall, very nice. Great dock and boat slip, beautiful setting. A couple of suggestions: 1. A seating area for guests that was more private. 2. Camp chairs to take to the dock, or add that they’re needed in your listing. 3. Treat for ant beds near front stoop. We had a very relaxing weekend; thank you for your hospitality!"

"Clean, spacious, comfortable and minimalist home just off the beaten path in Semmes (a sprawly rural/suburban area). Kitchen is very well appointed, plenty of towels, comfy furniture and mattresses. Surprised to only find 2 spare rolls of TP for a 4 bedroom home. Could use a couple of club chairs in the LR, not everyone wants to cozy up on a couch. Very quiet and private, small pool perfect for a quick dip. Absolutely spotless when we arrived. Host responsive and flexible. Would recommend...

"House was nice and the location was good for what we needed. I read all the reviews before booking and noticed the owner was mentioned a lot. First night we were there the ac didn’t work. I called around 8pm. He answered immediately and within 30 minutes was onsite with an ac guy. They fixed the problem and he apologized profusely for a problem that was out of his control. Stuff happens. Short story long one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet!"

Outlets in most rooms aren’t functioning as they are old and the plugs fall out. shower-head in master was pretty gross. towels and washcloths were very cheap and thin. Saw a washer but no dryer. Not sure if the washer was even hooked up. Very small TV in the living room didn’t seem like it was hooked up to anything you had to enter your personal stuff on the apps in order to watch anything.
