Apartment 1 "Turandot" magical atmosphere immersed in the Tuscan countryside

Wide open spaces and cozy apartments equipped with every comfort, make this farmhouse an optimal choice for a relaxing and rejuvenating holiday at any time of the year.

The completely renovated farmhouse is located in a rural area, in the countryside between Lucca and Viareggio, a strategic area to easily reach both the city and the sea coast.

The structure consists of 5 independent apartments, each equipped with air conditioning, wifi internet, heating, satellite TV and kitchen.

The common areas consist of a swimming pool with a depth of 1.40 meters (open from 9 am to 7 pm from 1 June to 30 September), a Jacuzzi whirlpool, a large garden with equipped gazebo, barbecue and relaxation area, games for children and car parking on the property.

APARTMENT 1 "Turandot"

The "Turandot" apartment ideal for two people, but can accommodate up to four, is located on the ground floor and first floor of the building, you enter the living room with a satellite TV corner, a double sofa bed, table and chairs, the kitchen is separate and equipped with fridge, oven, induction hob, freezer, kettle, microwave and dishes.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet, hairdryer and towel set.
Going up the stairs you enter the room, composed of a double bed, wardrobe, armchair and bedside tables; sheets, pillowcases and pillows are included in the price.

The city of Lucca applies a tourist tax of 1.50 euros per adult for the first three days.

There are many cities that can be visited within two hours by car:
 Lucca (10 km), an artistic beauty and a suggestive atmosphere immersed in the narrow streets of one of the best preserved ancient villages will make you stroll three of the famous walls, passing through the hundred churches that rise among the roofs of the houses.
Viareggio (20 km), a seaside destination with great equipped beaches, a lively promenade all year round, renowned nightclubs and excellent restaurants, all surrounded by wonderful liberty style villas.
Pisa (20 km), an open-air museum, an ancient maritime republic that is reflected in bridges, walks along the Arno river, in squares and cloisters, without obviously forgetting the most famous monument in the world, the hanging tower.
Florence (80 km), an enchanting city that never ceases to amaze, has kept its charm and splendor of the past unchanged over the centuries, Giotto, Botticelli, Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, Galileo and Machiavelli will guide you to unique monuments like the David, the basilica of Santa Maria, the Vasari corridor and the old bridge.

The cottage is composed of 5 apartments with individual: air-co, internet, wi-fi, heating system, TV SAT, kitchen.

The outside areas include a swimming pool (water depth 1. 4 m) open from June the 1st till September 30th, gorgeous garden with gazebo, barbecue, relax area, kid's play area and parking.

The apartment is ideal for two persons but can fit 4 persons. Ground floor composed by:
- leaving room with TV SAT, sofa bed for two people, table, chairs;
- kitchen with fridge, oven, fire cooking, freezer, boiling pot, microwave and dishwasher
- The bathroom has shower, WC, bidet, hairdryer and towels.
First floor composed by:
- Bedroom with kingsize bed, wardrobe, armchair, set of bed sheets, pillows

Lucca municipality apply to tax of 1.50 euros / day for max 3 days.
