"When we checked in, the person on duty told us our room was just to the right…. Turns out it was all the way down at the end of the hall, so we could have parked down there instead of carrying our luggage so far, but at the same time there were people smoking at that entrance, so every time someone came in and out, the smoke drifted into our room. "Timberlake Motel was a great place to stay for graduation weekend at Liberty University. Nice to be away from the congestion but easy access to get on campus. The staff and owner went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed each day and they were always available to answer questions. This motel was very clean and so easy to maneuver through. I highly recommend it for graduation weekend and any other busy weekend in the area!"

"Breakfast was excellent. Overall property was in good shape and looked good. Room was nice but lacked the touches that were needed to make it totally functional and well supplied: tissue paper ran out right away, no shower cap, no magnifying mirror, TV very hard to operate, etc. Even after requesting it, the trash was not taken out during our entire stay."

"The hotel was excellent from the parking lot to the room. Front desk checkin was super nice and accommodating! Morning "breakfast" gentleman was AMAZING! You can tell he takes so much pride in his job, from greeting to ensuring food is maintained to keeping tables clean! He was so sweet! Gentleman in the parking lot was doing a great job too! We informed "cleaning" that we were leaving and he made sure to tell us to have a safe trip and thanked us for letting him know we were checking out!...

"The room was very small. I think young people would like it. Shower was awkward. The most disappointing thing was that I chose it because the site said something about coffeeshop/Cafe and I thought that would make a 2 day stay easier. The coffee shop was the typical big carafes on a table that most motels have now and the Cafe was some snacks like chips and bottled drinks. The breakfast was ok."

"SHAME on you Wyndham. This property needs a MAJOR OVERHAUL. Room is outdated and smells so musty that I went and bought air freshener and sanitizing wipes. Iron board was broken and only 1 set of towels were provided. Telephone did not work. Horrible conditions!"

"While it provided a decent enough shelter for an overnight stay, it is not recommended if you can help it. The condition of this place is deporable. The actual building is in need of repair. Missing ceiling tiles, exposed ventilation, musty room smells. Though we were able to change rooms at request, there was still stained furniture and long hairs in the shower of the new room. It is conveniently located if you are there for LU ceremonies, but the hwy noise pollution is a bit much overnight....
