"The room was nice but the heat/ air control was impossible to work."

"Shabby is the only word to describe this hotel. From corroded faucets in the reception area bathrooms to corroded mirror frame and peeling paint in the bathroom, thread bare, stained sheets, we were happiest when we checked out. Hard to believe Wyndham would attach their name to this one before a full renovation. I don’t trust this brand as much now."

"Thin walls, was woken up at 2 am for something I didn’t want to hear. Overall place is okay but didn’t have the best experience. I kept getting some weird vibes from the front desk so not sure if I’ll be back here. I’ve stayed at the other hotels near by and for sure way better experience and ambient."

"The rooms are very basic, but we had everything we needed for our stay. A really nice surprise was how comfortable the beds were. The motel is close to hiking trails. The parking lot for hiking Stairway to Heaven was a 2 minute drive from the motel. If you stay here in the winter, it is only a 5 minute drive from Mountain Creek ski resort. We would stay here again."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. The facility though was less desirable. The hallway walls just looked tired. The bathroom floors were dirty, carpet in room looked and felt like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The refrigerator in the room was broken."

"Staff was great but the hotel is run down. There was only one working elevator. The beds were awful. Both sunk significantly in the middle. The pullout sofa had a super, super thin mattress. You could feel the metal springs when you laid on it. We had to cram into the regular beds which were not much better. The breakfast in the morning was ok. The waffles were great but the eggs and sausage were awful. No amount of salt or pepper made it better. The shower in the morning was luke...

"In general is a good hotel for short stays. Clean room and comfortable but the rooms aren’t sound proof. Next to our room we heard kids playing until late night, so it disturbs our sleep for some hours."

"A chair in the living room was broken. If a heavy person sat in it, it could break completely. The sofa was old and sat about 8 inches off the floor. We mentioned this as we left. The hotel is being upgraded, we were told, and it should be completed this this year. It is a pleasant & convenient place to stay other than the probems we encountered."

"No fitted sheets for pull out bed- only top sheet provided!? 3 guests, 4 towels; Pool towels would have been a nice amenity in the room. It didn't occur to me to bring my own from own. Also, lobby coffee area opened ~ 20 minutes late Sunday morning. While things happen with staff, the women running around to open could have been more friendly to those waiting."
