    If you've always wanted to visit Kentucky and experience all that Louisville has to offer this is the house for you. This home is part of the neighborhood of homes that surround Churchill Downs in a horseshoe shape referred to as the Lucky Horseshoe. You will not have any transportation hassles getting to all of your Kentucky Derby events to worry about here!

    ✨ THE SPACE
    This property has been beautifully renovated and thoughtfully furnished. Even the small details have not been overlooked.
    • Layout: 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a spacious and bright kitchen/dining room, separate laundry room, living room, and a second area to lounge in the loft style room upstairs.
    • Living Room: Includes plenty of comfortable seating, and a 55" smart TV. 📺
    • Kitchen: Equipped with new appliances including Keurig coffeemaker, dishwasher, and fully stocked with cookware. 🍳
    • Flooring: Beautiful luxury vinyl plank flooring and tile throughout. There is no carpet.

    🛏️ BEDROOMS
    • Comfort: Queen size medium firmness memory foam mattresses with plenty of closet, storage space, and room darkening curtains.
    • Entertainment: Two of the bedrooms have 42" Smart TVs.

    Last but certainly not least we have added a custom-built Derby themed arcade style PAC-MAN game! Loaded with over 50 games for your enjoyment!!

Perfect for us

We visited on a volleyball tournament and the location was perfect. Beds were a little hard and hot water ran out fairly quick for having 5 people but other than that was great!

Great place!

Short weekend getaway. This property is exactly what is described. It was very clean and welcoming. The arcade games were entertaining and brought back good childhood memories. I would definitely stay here again.

Adorable cottage

Cottage was adorable! Neighborhood was quiet. Arcade game was a big hit. We went to the Kentucky derby museum and that was a lot of fun.

Next to Churchill Downs

Although we didn’t spend a lot of time at the cottage, we had all that was needed. The 3 bedrooms gave us plenty of room to spread out. My daughters loved the upstairs area and claimed it upon arrival. The area was extremely quiet. We were across the street from Churchill Downs and could’ve easily walked to over.

I live in louisville and I don’t usually go to this part of louisville but this house was in a great location and very quiet neighborhood. It’s right beside church hill downs so would be perfect for Derby. We stayed to be closer to the UofL stadium and it was only a 8 min drive ! Highly recommend. Very clean and beautiful place !
