Esta casa extra grande de una habitación ofrece 2 salas de estar con 2 sofás cama tamaño queen. La cocina actualizada con electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable es totalmente funcional para una cena íntima. Cada habitación cuenta con su propia televisión de pantalla plana. (65 pulgadas en la sala de estar principal). Incluso el baño ofrece un televisor para ver.
El ambiente en el hogar es muy relajado y tranquilo, cuando preparaba el lugar, me encontraba sentada en el bar de la cocina y mirando el agua, hipnotizada casi como en un trance. Era tan tranquilo que nunca quise irme después de estar allí por un tiempo.

James was in top of things before we ever got there, checked in to make sure what time we’d be there so the house was ready. Sent us all the info we needed the day prior. The house was great and they had bottled water and snacks in the counter and in the fridge. This was just a weekend away with nothing special planned at all but relaxation. The view of the city and river was amazing from the back porch and from inside the house. We will definitely be back again for the next weekend getaway

The host had the primary features ready every little detail, toiletries, coffee, etc. During our visit in December, KY hit single digit temperatures. The concrete-base / tile flooring were cold and was difficult to bear but the electro fireplace, plus central heating kept everything above nice and cozy. We'll definitely bring slippers next time we come in the winter. This place is amazing with a serene view. Location is great. Highly recommended!

This was our second stay at this house. The views of the river cannot be beat. We saw bald eagles! Beautiful sunsets. Close to downtown and waterfront Park, but also gives you the feeling of being secluded in nature. Highly recommend!

The location was great! Convenient to everything. We ate out as well as used the kitchen, which was adequately stocked for the preparation of about anything you would want to fix. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Everything was neat, clean and tidy upon arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It was our first time to Louisville, but we left wanting to return and explore more of the city!

Really nice part of town. The house was clean and the bed was so comfortable. The host provided snack options and water bottles which we enjoyed! Truly an unbelievable view. You are so close to the water, and being able to see it from everywhere in the house made for a unique experience. We hope to visit again!

Stunning Stay

Our stay at this beautiful river house in Louisville was nothing short of amazing! The location couldn’t have been more convenient — just a quick 20-minute drive to the exposition center, which made attending our event a breeze. Being so close to downtown also gave us the perfect opportunity to explore the city’s vibrant scene, while still having a peaceful retreat to come back to at the end of the day.The house itself was immaculate. Every room was spotless, and it was clear that great care went into maintaining the space. The furnishings were stylish and comfortable, and the large windows offered breathtaking views of the river. Waking up to the calm waters and enjoying coffee on the deck was a highlight of our trip. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night’s sleep.What truly set this experience apart was the owner’s hospitality. They were incredibly responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed and quickly answering any questions we had. River House Relaxation

I needed a break and this was the place. Loved the beautiful sunset over the river, the lapping of the water heard from the deck. The property manager paid a great deal of attention to the experience. I will consider it for one of my company retreats (a very small company!) in the future.

Had a very pleasant stay- wish the weather was better so I could enjoy the back deck and river view. Property was clean, well equipped, decorated and had nice areas to relax in. James is amazing as a property manager-can’t say enough about his speed of response, care for his guests and general hospitality!
