- The 2 bedroom unit includes: 2 Bedrooms (Queen/Full), 1 Ba (Shower), Living Area (Full Futon), Dining Area (Seating for 4), Kitchen (Mid-size Fridge/Full-size Oven)

- The OUTDOOR space includes: Hot Tub, Fire Table (propane), Front and Back yard.

- You must be at least 21 to rent.

- There is NO SMOKING allowed inside the house. This includes cigarettes AND marijuana. Please place butts in the available ashtrays outside. You will be fined $250 for violations.

-There is NO tolerance for parties. Any reservation in violation of this rule will be cancelled immediately without a refund and subject to a $1000 cancellation fee.

- There is a small parking area behind the house for up to 4 cars.

- Check-in is strictly after 4PM.

- Please be advised, early check-ins and late check-outs are based on availability and will be charged at $20/hr.

Guests will not have access to the basement or garage.
