If you take medications, please consult a physician before using the hot tub. Be careful to avoid any slipping that may occur if water is on the area around the hot tub. Do not remove the floating device out of the hot tub. Do not add any chemicals to hot tub. If there is any issues, please contact the host immediately.

This house was perfectly cozy for a girls getaway! Great firepit area and hot tub. Spacious kitchen and lots of room to sit and chat all throughout the house. It’s in a great location and very clean!

Loved our weekend in Louisville at this nulu house. It was clean and well maintained, and the location was great. Our group was fine to walk to and from downtown and the spots in nulu, but it is about a mile from some of the spots on Main st. Melissa was incredibly responsive and helpful when we asked for local recommendations. Check in was a breeze, and we’d definitely go back next time we’re in the area.

The property was perfect for 8 friends for the weekend. We mostly hung out at the house or on 4th street Live entertainment district which was only a short uber away. Melissa was a great host who was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed to have a great time in Louisville.

Amazing stay!

We had an incredible day at Melissa’s property in NuLu! We arrived for a bachelorette party, eager to enjoy a wonderful time with friends, and it was exactly that. Melissa was exceptionally communicative throughout the entire experience, providing us with valuable recommendations and maintaining constant communication before, during, and after our trip. We are truly appreciative of her hospitality. Her house is incredibly spacious, offering a very large and inviting atmosphere with plenty of fantastic activities available. The hot tub was a highlight, providing a perfect spot to relax and unwind.

Great place to land in Louisville

We really liked this property! It is a newer build so very fresh and modern. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our pups to run and play in. We did have to rearrange a few items in the space to block larger openings under the wooden fence that our pups could have scooted out from under. The kitchen was well equipped. The linens and towel were soft and smelled fresh. Overall I would recommend this property! Thanks for a great get away before the Thanksgiving holiday madness!

This place was excellent for being close to downtown Louisville. We did tons of distillery tours with tastings and Lyft back to the house to soak in the hot tub. Highly recommend!

Great Stay

Quiet neighborhood but in a good location to go and do many things. Only a very short walk away from two breweries which was a plus for us. The house was ultra clean and as described. Would definitely stay again when coming back to the area. Thanks!

Great time in NuLu

We had three couples stay at Melissa’s place and couldn’t have asked for a better property or host! Great location, with a short walk to a huge selection of fabulous restaurants. And Melissa was an awesome host - had an issue with the air conditioning and within 30 minutes of me messaging her about it, she and the heating/cooling contractor were on the way over. Got it fixed and didn’t impact our stay at all. We’d stay there again without hesitating!!
