The best suite in Downtown Louisville! Main Street! Right Next-door to the KY Center for the arts, in the middle of museums, and walking distance to the YUM center and convention center, this location can't be beat. Near all downtown restaurants and across the street from the best Hamburger(mussel & burger bar) and steak(Morton's steak house) restaurants. Perfect location for any family or business getaway. This 3 bed 2 bath has it all. Brand new suite!

Cozy/living room and kitchen combination for enjoying time together. Great nooks all around for reading or getting away. Perfect coffee/tea bar set up for relaxation. This unit is perfect for any get away.

We create a custom guest portal for your stay that has all recommendations for food & fun and detailed parking instructions.

The vibe on downtown Main Street is great! During the week a lot of business men/women and some families. During the weekend, a lot of families visit the slugger museum and science center just one block west. We are a few blocks from fourth street live. 1/2 block from KY center for the arts(symphonic/broadway shows), 3 blocks from the YUM center and about 5 From the convention center, this place is alive! We installed reinforced windows so that you can enjoy the city without having to hear the city at all hours of the day. Very quiet and peaceful inside the building.

There is the TARC bus system that can get you from place to place and we use Uber and other taxi like services to get around as well. There are parking garages right next to us(at least 3 within 1 block) so you can drop your luggage off and park with ease. Upon booking, we'll send you tips for parking. There is a lot of foot traffic as people walk through old main street and whisky row, so join on in and see what Louisville has to offer. PM us for suggestions!

A bed bug was found on the mattress of a bunk bed so we left as soon as that was found. Host stated that due to the beds appearing as if someone had slept in them he refused to give a refund.

The perfect location and stay for my family. 11 of us from 9 yrs old to 75 yrs old. Everyone said beds were comfortable. (The kids stated it with the bunk beds without being prompted); teenagers shared that room. House was comfortable and host was great. Easy in and out from check in to check out as well as just moving in/out during the visit. Absolutely will stay again if I have a large group.

2nd Annual Breakfast, Bourbon & Betting

Nice Property with a Great Location

We stayed here for a guy's trip with 8 people. The property is very clean and comfortable. The renters are very nice and accommodating. The location is great for a downtown getaway. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Great Family Stay

The building's location is awesome - close walk to everything. The building itself is very cool and there was plenty of room to accommodate all of the guest - did not feel like we were on top of each other. Would definitely rent this place again.

New Family Tradition - Meet in the middle

We loved everything about our stay. The location was perfect for our three generations of family. The apartment was gorgeous and had everything we needed and more. Check-in was easy and the communication with the owners was the perfect balance. They really know how to take care of their guests. Our family is located in Virginia and Wisconsin and the drive from Wisconsin is getting long for our senior parents. This year we decided to meet in the middle and celebrate Christmas in a new town. Louisville and downtown did not disappoint - even in the middle of a snow storm! Would love to stay here again!

Excellent location and space!

This space was great for our group of 10 ladies! It is decorated and laid out well. The kitchen and living room with the huge windows was our favorite. Location is perfect and we enjoyed walking downtown and also riding the Bird scooters around town that are all over the city! The hosts responded quickly to any questions I messaged them with and were very helpful! Would definitely recommend and would rent again!

Great place but a few issues

Place was very clean, decorated great, and in a perfect location. Some issues with the thermostat and temperature control, popping fuses when plug in to living room outlets, and truly can only fit 8-9 guests comfortably (not 12 like the description says). Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would go back!

Wonderful Girls’ Weekend

Great location walkable to restaurants, bourbon experiences and other attractions. Super clean, beautifully furnished, and superior attention to detail. Extra touches with snacks and keurig drinks was great! Communication with owner was wonderful with recommendations for restaurants and where to find things. Accommodates groups well.

Overall good

Place was conveniently located and nicely decorated. Bathrooms were missing bath mats and kitchen had all new and unwashed ( tags & packaging still on cooking utensils and tea kettle. We had to hand wash before using. Keurig outlet - breaker kept flipping off. These are just a few suggestions that could improve the stay. Overall would stay here again. Management was very responsive. BTW, we bought & left a wine bottle opener for your guests to use. This is essential to have in the kitchen.
