Check out is by 10:00 a.m.. There are absolutely no exceptions unless arrangements have been made at the time of booking. Those desiring to check-out later must communicate that at the time of the booking. Additionally, there will be an additional $40/hr fee for every hour after 10:00 a.m*, but under no circumstances can check-outs be later than noon unless WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION is granted by owner, as other guests are arriving and the space must be cleaned.
