Discover the Master Bedroom with its king bed, bedside table, full-length mirror, and plenty of storage space. Wind down to sleep watching the 45” smart TV as you snuggle into sumptuous linens. Store your belongings in the dresser, closet, luggage rack, and abundant shelving. Use your bedside personal digital device (Echo/Alexa) to check the weather, set an alarm, play music, and dozens of other functions. Should you need to work remotely, you’ll find a workspace here with desk and chair, one of 3 in the home.

The Blue Bedroom features a queen bed with bedside table, where you’ll find a convenient Echo/Alexa unit. Lull yourself to sleep watching the 45” smart TV. You’ll have ample storage with a dresser, closet, and luggage rack.

Check out the Teal Bedroom, where you can watch the 45” smart TV from the queen bed. You’ll find a workspace with desk, chair, and Google Home unit, too. For storage, you’ll have a dresser, closet and luggage rack.

To accommodate additional sleeping needs, you’ll find the living-room sofa folds out into a full-size
bed. Once you’re settled in, head back to the living room and relax on the comfy sofa with chaise. Watch
your favorite shows, movies, and sports on the 65” ROKU smart TV with voice-control remote.

Access popular streaming channels using you own log-ins and enjoy supplied channels, such as
ROKU TV, Tubi Free movies and TV, CBS Sports, Dateline NBC, Pluto, Crime 360, and Kids + Family on the ROKU Channel. Or play supplied board games from the selection of a dozen. You’ll
find a third workspace with desk and chair adjacent to the living room. Delight in the cushioned bench settee, where you can gaze out the window while relaxing.

Head outside to explore the outdoor amenities, including the fenced yard. Kiddos and doggos will love romping on the lush grass as they play safely in the yard. Sip a hot or cold beverage on the patio
or enjoy a snack.

Back inside, prep and cook your best culinary creations in the fully equipped kitchen with all the standard major appliances – refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. It’s a nice sizable house on a quiet street.Safe location in a residential area, in the middle of Metropolitan Louisville in the Butchertown Neighbourhood. It’s the fastest up-and-coming neighborhood in Louisville.Full Stop cafe is gourmet food walking distance away and Bardstown Road and downtown. Louisville are a short drive away.House is clean and fully furnished.Good for long-term Stay large kitchen.Chuguhomes is a good property manager and exceeded my expectations.
