You’ll enter this captivating third floor perched retreat with a sweeping view of Louisville’s riverfront. As you step inside, the charm of the Spanish-tile flooring welcomes you into a cozy, bright living room where natural light highlights the colorful sofas and accent chairs set against a backdrop of exposed brick creating an airy and cheerful atmosphere perfect for socializing or relaxing.

For those who enjoy a bit of fun and games, the ping pong table promises lively entertainment and a chance to challenge your travel companions before or after taking on the town.

Adjacent to the living room, the kitchen boasts modern appliances and all the essentials needed for your stay. A marble-top table with four chairs nooked elegantly with this fully equipped kitchen, you’re set up for a night of dining-in or slow morning cup of coffee.

Getting Around:
We're located at 201 E Main St, in the heart of downtown and Whiskey Row!

For loading and unloading luggage when you first check in, park at the main entrance on Main St, next to the Ehler's Ice Cream, in the spots labeled "Reserved for Armor & Co"

If you have a car, you'll find the remote for the parking lot gate inside on the table. Once you've unloaded your luggage, pull around to the rear of the building and use it to open the gate. Park anywhere in the lot!

We only have 1 space per apartment available, so if you have more than 1 car in your party, you'll need to pay for street parking or use the garage opposite our gated lot on Washington St.

Other Things to Note:
We offer free onsite parking to guests! Parking is located in a secure lot at the rear of the building. We only have 1 space per apartment available, so if you have more than 1 car in your party, you'll need to pay for street parking or use a nearby garage. The closest public garage is the 1st & Main Garage at 100 E Main St, a block away, which has a daily max of $22.

Want to start your trip early or sleep in on your last morning? We’re happy to accommodate an early check-in or late checkout if arranged in advance! Our standard check-in time is 4:00pm, and our checkout time is 10:00am – we charge 10% of the nightly rate per hour (with a minimum of $20/hour) to adjust our cleaners’ schedules and arrange this service.

Wonderful for Whiskey Row or Visiting Yum Center

Our vacation was strictly Whiskey Business, and this was the perfect spot for it. We loved that we had non paid parking in the back, that the room was nice and big and had a kitchen, and that it was within walking distance of most of the stuff we wanted to do.Small hiccup in checking in (was told we'd have check in instructions 30 min before check in, but it was 10-15 min before check in). But we also had the option for early and late check in and out which was nice.If you have accessability issues, I would not recommend as it is on the 3rd floor and has a small step on the entrance inside. It was fine for me and my spouse since we are younger, but if I were older or used a walking stick, it would be something to consider.For us and the type of stay we had though - it was perfect! Would stay there again for sure!

Could be better (especially for a 7 night stay)

Numerous small issues added up. But I worked those out with Property manager. This apartment has potential to be very nice. It's a great location; but the management had obvious issues that needed correcting long before we rented this unit. They should have been addressed before anyone else checked in. As such, we took the brunt of the issues:difficult to get into the unit. (needed at least 6 texts with the pm before we could enter)the door itself has issues (as was confirmed by housekeeper and also the IT person)Wifi was never available in the unit. Confirmed by several of the employees. As such, should not have been listed with wifi provided.several other minor issues that were dealt with very quickly. Because of these issues, the PM offered to reduce our rate for the stay (we accepted).The bigger, and worst issue, was they allowed a maintenance person to enter without any notice to us. When we arrived to our place, we found this stranger using our personal bathroom. Not to mention, because we weren't expecting anyone to enter our place, we had left our valuables out and in plain site. As expected, we were stunned and had great issues with this. I communicated very clearly what we thought of this. The PM apologized but nothing else was offered to us. He did ask me to not give them a bad review but instead, to reach out to them directly. By this point in our 7 night stay, I had voluntarily discontinued communication with him .

Great Spot on Distillery Row

This is a great place to stay right in the middle of Distillery Row. Old Forester, Angel's Envy and lots other tasting rooms/restaurants are an easy walk. We had some challenges getting into the property and with the Wifi, but the owner was very responsive and helped us through them.

This unit was great for my short work trip (3 nights). The bathroom sink was draining slowly upon arrival - I mentioned it by text and it was fixed within hours! Easy and secure, with a central location. Be prepared - there's not really any coffee nearby and the unit does not come stocked.

Nice Condo but a couple of issues

The condo was as advertised, clean and in a nice location. We had two issues: 1) the door lock is funky and the door itself sticks. We struggled every time we tried to re-enter. 2) the wifi would not work, thus we had no TV service, which was frustrating as we watch TV in the early morning and at bedtime. I attempted to contact the owner and/or VRBO but did not get the help needed.

Great historic downtown abode!

Location was ideal for walking downtown to distilleries, museums, food and the river. Liked the original brick and decor. Property manager was very responsive. Louisville has more to offer than expected!
