The Gardiner House, welcome home !! This charming and modern house located on Upper Highlands Neighborhood which is one of the most desired neighborhoods in Louisville and very close to airport, malls, bars, restaurants, stores.

The space
The Gardiner House has 4 bedrooms, 2 King Size, 2 Full size, all bedrooms have their TV with remote control, WIFI, 2 full bathrooms, garage for one car and 3 more spaces outside with a basketball hoop.
Its beautiful kitchen has a breakfast area and coffee area, everything you need to prepare delicious meals, it has a living room, dining room and fireplace as well as an irrigation system to keep the green areas beautiful.
Laundry room
Enjoy the afternoon in the garden with a delicious campfire and barbecue!
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house except to the basement area.

Booked the space for family coming in for our wedding from out of town-- communication with the host was excellent, no issues reported with getting access to the property. The weekend was a whirlwind, so never made it over myself to view the property, but 100% of the feedback received was overwhelmingly positive! "It was very nice and accommodating and beautiful. Thank you so much""Very nice, super clean too! I haven’t felt that comfortable in a hotel/BNB in YEARS""It was really, really nice. Clean. Spacious""I’d stay there again if we ever needed to""Yeah, it was great!""Very nice. Thanks, again!"In addition, originally we had picked this property bc they are pet friendly; however, the fur babies ended up not coming. When I notified the host, just touching base when wrapping up the stay, they immediately refunded the pet fee-- which I had not asked for, and did not expect. An amazing host! Very quick with replies. The house was everything as promised. Very clean and spacious. We travel to Louisville often and usually stay at hotels. It was nice to have not only a kitchen but access to washer and drier and large bedrooms. Looking forward to next trip and staying here again!

Perfect Stay

Outstanding location, just minutes away from the Expo Center and an easy on to the expressway. Have stayed in the area 4 times for the same tournament and this was by far the best location we have been in. Beautiful deck and fire ring area. House was nicely decorated, clean and welcoming. A large tv in the living room as well as a tv in each bedroom. Easy check in and out. Would definitely book again!

Family Visit to Louisville

We had a lot of fun touring Louisville and other places nearby. The rental was so very, very clean and convenient. We especially like the space available to fit 3 cars for parking. Would definitely stay here again!

Home Sweet Home

Really nice home in a great location. Close to town tucked away in a really nice neighborhood. We only had 3 couples on our stay but Plenty of room for 4 couples. 4 very nice bedroom with cozy beds and privacy. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware. Will definitely stay again if we are near location again.

Great location-too 7-8 min to get to the U of L natatorium. Comfortable clean house. Good bed configuration with a bedroom and bath on main floor. Did have steps at the entrance which I did not know about but negotiated okay with railing.

Girls' trip

Needs work outside in deck and fire pit areas. Beautiful and clean inside but no TV in common area only in bedrooms so we couldn't watch any movies together. No toaster in the kitchen. The coded lock on front door was a bit of a pain and the battery was low. Otherwise, the house is very nice inside and beds were comfortable. We didn't know how to work the thermostats and there were no directions so upstairs was really hot and downstairs was really cold. Very spacious home.

Cleanest Vacation Rental Ever

I stayed with my elderly parents and it was perfect for us. Extremely clean and well designed home that appears to have been updated recently throughout. Close to airport, zoo, Churchill Downs, and my yeah relatives homes who live nearby.

Great House for Bellarmine Families

Perfect for our group of 8 adults

The house was perfect! 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs... 2 bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs. New outdoor furniture was a bonus! The house was spotless and the kitchen was well stocked. We cooked breakfast and dinner there 4 days and found everything we needed. There is quite a bit of traffic noise as the house is located off of a busy area, but the noise was not a big deal for our group of 8 adults. We will absolutely stay here again if we return to the area.
