The newly renovated, century year old home features modern amenities in a classic space. It provides everything you could need to sleep 10-12 people comfortably.

Well situated and very clean

We brought a group of 9 and found the house excellently suited for our needs. It was spotlessly clean, the kitchen was well stocked but not overwhelming, decor was beautiful, and overall wonderful stay. We will definitely stay here again in future!

Nice getaway very close to Louisville

Great location. Beautiful home!

Located within 10 minutes of downtown Louisville, we couldn’t have asked for a better house. House is huge and had more than enough room for our group of 6. Next time I’m in the area, I’ll be staying here again!

SPOTLESS and Simply delightful

From the minute I booked this home until the minute we left everything was just perfect. Erin reached out shortly after booking to go over a few things. She was an AMAZING host. This home was SPOTLESS, beautifully decorated, the attention to every detail did not go unnoticed! This home was in a super quiet neighborhood and just a stones throw from the interstate. Erin made us feel welcome from beginning to end. When passing through town again I will definitely book this home! Thank you so very much Erin!!!!

Fantastic Experience!

We have rented numerous homes through this site and its competitors and this was easily one of the best hosts that we have had! In addition, the property was as advertised and fully stocked with everything we needed for the stay. Certainly one of the best in that regard as well. Would definitely recommend!

Charming well appointed home

Property was exactly as listed, great host, very clean, easy access to 31 and 65. Quiet, older neighborhood with street parking and a large private driveway. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to rebook again.

30th birthday bourbon trail celebration

LOVED this house! Clean, beautiful, spacious, so close to downtown Louisville, perfect for a group of 10 like we had. Erin was so communicative and responsive and had great recommendations for us- really made this a phenomenal weekend. Can’t recommend this place enough!

House was nice, neighborhood was a little concerning. A few suggestions for the house: TVs in the bedrooms Coffee table in family room Cushion toppers on mattresses (they were very firm) After booking, provide cell number access for renters to communicate with owner, having to go through VRBO app is a little tedious. Overall, house is nice. Understand you can’t control the neighborhood.

Excellent Accommodations

I would definitely book this house again: convenient location, comfortable house, helpful host! Our group ranged in ages from 19 months to 90 years, and this spacious house was the perfect setting for my extended family. While cooking breakfasts and grilling dinners, we had plenty of space to move around comfortably. The fenced-in back yard provided a safe enclosure in which our children could play. Since nothing is perfect and I want to make this review credible, I can offer only 2 suggestions for the cleaning service. Overall, the house was clean and neat; however, upon arrival, I scoured the kitchen sink to remove accumulated residue around the drain, and my niece disposed of expired condiments in the refrigerator. I consider these minor suggestions for the excellent quality of the house and the professionalism of the host. Erin responded quickly to numerous questions that assisted me in planning our trip, and she was even willing to drive over to help me get into the house when I experienced difficulty with the numeric lock on the front door. Many thanks to Erin for providing my family and me with this gem during our visit to New Albany!

Wonderful stay

I booked Erin’s place for a bachelorette party and everything was perfect! Erin’s place was exactly as pictured, fully stocked with any essentials you may need, and her communication was quick and responsive. The house was an easy 8-10 minute drive/Uber ride into Louisville which was perfect for our group. Overall, an amazing stay and an awesome host!

Perfect weekend getaway!

This was the perfect “home base”, for our group of 4 couples, to spend a long weekend in the Louisville area! The home was well appointed and had everything we needed. The front porch became our favorite place to enjoy coffee, and then to wind down at the end of the day! The owner was responsive and very accommodating. We will definitely be back!

This property is in a great location to be able to easily get to the Kentucky Expo center where our girls were playing volleyball. This was our 3rd time at the house and we love it! The owner, Erin, is the best! The house is spacious, clean, and so cute!

What a gem!

Beautifully decorated home that you won’t believe how spacious it is. The owner has plenty of amenities, we especially enjoyed the games. Amazing location (only a 7 minute Uber ride into Louisville). I look forward to staying there again!

Louisville weekend for volleyball

Beautiful Home

We rented this property with friends for a NYE boardgame night. The home is absolutely incredible, thoughtfully stocked with essentials you might have forgotten to pack. Beautifully renovated interior and plenty of space for everyone to sleep. I would happily stay here again if in need of a hosting space larger than my home. Some areas of the neighborhood could use the superficial updates that this gorgeous home received, but the neighborhood is quiet, very little traffic, plenty of parking, and very conveniently located for exploring in Southern IN and Lousiville.
