PRIME LOCATION 10 minutes to downtown Louisville. Super close to all the major attractions, restaurants, and shopping in Clarksville, Jeffersonville, and New Albany, also right by the major freeway.

* Swim Spa Hot Tub: At 14 feet by 8 feet, this is twice the size of most hot tubs! One end of the hot tub is 4 feet deep, allowing you to float or swim. It has powerful jets for swimming or relaxing.

Ample outdoor seating for gathering: 6 seat dining table on the deck, 8 seat sectional under the gazebo, 4 stools with bar attached to the hot tub.

* 2 King Beds, 1 Queen Bed, 2 Full Beds, + pull out sofa / 2 Full baths on 2 different levels (sleeps 12)

* Family friendly quiet neighborhood, very close to the interstate and shopping

* Kid/Infant friendly with baby essentials provided (crib, pack n play, baby bath insert, high chair, baby gate)

Guests will have the whole home to themselves. Guests can access the home by electronic deadbolt.

I’m available by text and phone. We live 15 minutes away if you need anything!

This family friendly neighborhood is quiet and secluded, yet minutes away from major shopping and dining. The neighbors are very friendly and take care of their homes.

There are 2 parking spots in the garage, 2-4 in front of the garage in the driveway, and open street parking in front of the home. There are sidewalks and you could bike to a large number of shops

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULE: Our home has quiet hours from 10PM-7AM. This means you must be inside the home by 10pm. If you do not want to comply with this rule, please do not book this property.

Noise monitor: We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). We want to be respectful of our neighbors so we will be made aware if the noise level is too high past quiet hours. Thank you!

Host was accommodating with a Christmas tree Definitely needs a deep clean and more attentive cleaners, floors were not clean as our socks were black at end of day. Need working vacuum and more towels. We only had one hand towel in the kitchen, had to buy more dishwashing tablets and trash bags to last our trip.

Place was great. My only complaint was needing to be inside before 10pm. I missed that in the listing if it’s in there. I was there with my daughters and grandchildren. We are night owls so it was disappointing to not be able to chill outside under the full moon at night. We never got an opportunity to use the fire pit. The only other complaint was the cookware. Cooking breakfast was challenging with those pans. Other than that the house was great, the hot tub was great and we had a great time.

Multigenerational Vacation

The house was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to gather. The backyard was the main draw for us and it did not disappoint! We spent most of our time hanging out in the swim spa and on the patio. There were tons of stores and restaurants near by and it was just a short drive into Louisville. Wesley and Sarah were super responsive. They checked on us often and always responded to our questions within 15 minutes. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to others! Thanks for the great week!

Cleanly, friendly, close to everything

My family chose this home because of its location, price, and amenities. As grandparents we wanted to treat our grandkids to a trip to Mammoth Caves and the Ark Encounter. We looked at homes that met our needs in Louisville and Lexington, Kentucky - they were either too expensive or too small. We came upon this home in Clarksville and it was just right. It had enough bedrooms, game room for kids, hot tub was a big bonus, location was near enough to an array of restaurants and sites, and the price was right. I contacted the owner with an array of questions and he responded and answered them quickly and courteously. We arrived and everything was accurate to its description and what our host conveyed to me. I would recommend this home to anyone who enjoys cleanliness, comfy beds, TV in almost every room, fabulously large hot tub and a great host. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Great location and space

I was in town for a wedding and the location was excellent. I was 15 minutes from the venue and close to other places we visited. The house was clean and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen, dining room and living room upstairs was a nice open space to eat and hang out with each other. The games in the basement and extra living room provided lots of distraction for a 3-year old. Because of the snow, we did not get a chance to enjoy the backyard, but it is a nice and roomy backyard. I would stay here again when I'm visiting. Wesley was super responsive to questions during my stay.

Christmas vacation

It was great. We were able to relax and spend time together as a family. We used all the amenities and everything was as described. The house and property were clean. The neighborhood was quiet and had lots of Christmas lights. We had plenty of room for all of us. The light in the refrigerator needs replaced and one in the downstairs bathroom started flickering today just before we left, other than that everything was perfect. Happy New Year!
