"This was the perfect location for a girls weekend to see a show at Red Rocks, see some mountains and check out down town Denver! Location is perfect, close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood with parking and outdoor space available. The unit was super clean and adorably decorated. Communication was great and the owners were quick to answer any questions we had!"

"Comfy, cozy apartment, with all the little touches accounted for, and some additional bits of luxury. It’s in a lovely and quiet residential neighborhood. Although it is a basement apartment (with your own separate walk-out style entry), it doesn’t feel “basementy” - the sliding glass doors and window allow lots of light in and circulation/ventilation is good, so no musty smell or stuffiness.
