"The check in was poor as communication between Hotels.com and the hotel was non existent,my reservationwas not received by Avoca ,I think hotels.com is to blame here.Security guards at the establishment were very rude and unfriendly. Rooms were very comfortable and clean,the establishment was very peaceful "

"The room was comfortable if somewhat "dated". The old "box-type" TV must be replaced with a flat-screen wall mounted type as it is situated right over the bench provided to unpack a suitcase, resulting in a person bumping your head against the edge of the TV - could cause serious injury. The staff were extremely friendly and the food was good and reasonably priced!"

"ich habe Ihnen bereits ausführlich geschrieben 2 Mitarbeiter haben die lodge noch nicht verlassen, alle andern sind davon gelaufen, was die Gründe auch immer sein mögen. Das Restaurant ist geschlossen, keine Angaben auf der Website, die nächste Möglichkeit was zu essen oder kaufen ist 15km entfernt. Es ist in der absoluten Wildnis, was sehr schön wäre, sollte aber auf der Website vermerkt sein, damit man genügend einkauft"
