"Great stay! We had the mezzanine. The mezzanine room was spotless especially the kitchen utensils. We used the kitchen for making quick breakfasts like eggs, toast etc. Fridge was a great size, pans and induction stove was perfect. The sofa bed comfortable for one person. No setting up of the sofa bed needed, just take the clean sheets and fluffy duvet from a hidden compartment on the end of the bed and sleep. "Before even landing in London I wrote with the personnel and had such a nice experience where they listened to all of my needs and where very fast at responding. And on the day we checked in they even wrote to us when the room was finished a bit before the regular check in time. Really great service. The apartment we had rented was perfect for what we needed! "Stay was very pleasant. Basement studio was interesting concept and it worked very well. It's definitely not accessible but for us it worked fine. There was no mobile reception in the badement and due to our checking in link not working we were not able to get info about the wifi or anything else. NoHo answered to my questions very fast and I was able to get the room key even wothout official the check-in. Room was spacious and we slept just perfect. There was not a lot of noice from the traffic...

"A well-located very smart apartment. We were greeted by the host on time. They were very friendly. The apartment is so clean and modern. Powerful shower and comfortable king size bed. The kitchen was well equipped and the aircon was the perfect addition. The location of the property is incredible. A 2 min walk from the Natural History Museum and 5mins from South Kensington tube.
