Unfortunate
I wish I could have rated this place higher however there were a series of issues that I just can't rate it any higher. The first thing we saw when we pulled up was overflowing trashcans in the driveway and trash scattered all the way to the door. After 11 hours in the air we did not enjoy dragging our luggage over trash from the driveway to the door. Check in was easy and place was as described however there were not enough dry towels for the number of people that stayed. I did find wet towels cammed into the dryer that we dried and used. There were ants in the kitchen however we were provided spray to take care of them. There was next to NO water pressure and only enough hot water for 2 people to take a hot shower and the other 5 of us were taking cold showers. This is a downstairs unit and the upstairs had kids that decided to run circles and move furniture in the early AM and at night. The couch seemed to be what I would call "house staging furniture", cute to look at but not comfortable to sit on. One of the guest bedroom TV would not connect to the wifi so 1 TV was useless (and it happened to be the teenager's room). The master bathroom had a slow draining sink, and the fuse blew with only the use of 1 hair dryer. Now don't get me wrong the host, Leon was VERY communicative about every issue and was very fast at replying about how sorry he was for the inconveniences however nothing was fixed while we were there, so we had to work around the issues. Sadly a 2 star stay.
