Villa Morandi is an attractive villa rental with private swimming pool located close to the pictoresque village of Loro Ciuffenna in the heart of Tuscany. Thanks to the careful restoration of part of a large typical Tuscan farmhouse, the property can now sleep up to 14 guests. This, added to the added bonus of a pleasant private garden and extensive furnished terraces, turn Villa Morandi into the perfect choice to fully enjoy an authentic Tuscan holiday. Inside, the villa is divided into two self-contained units rented together as a whole to benefit from the exclusive use of the gardens and the pool, yet providing privacy to the guests when necessary (there are anyway large common areas to spend time together). The family of the owner lives unobstructively in the back part of the farmhouse and does not have access to the gardens or the pool in order to provide more privacy. Outside, Villa Morandi offers to its gardens and terraces, perfectly furnished with dining facilities and stylish armchairs to enjoy the beautiful mild weather of Tuscany. A barbecue is also available.
The large private swimming pool, reserved for the exclusive use of the guests, is provided with parasols and sunbeds and measures 8m x 4m.
At Villa Morandi guests' disposa:l Private garden, Furnished patio with tables, chairs, armchairs, Barbecue, Private swimming pool (8m x 4m), Free wi-fi internet connection, Baby bed (on request), Gate around the property.

The property is divided into 2 self-contained units with private entrance being rented together as a whole villa to offer the exclusive use of the grounds and swimming pool.

Ground floor: living room (satellite TV), dining area (1 step above) with table for 14 guests, fireplace and kitchen (oven, fridge, freezer), 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower and washing machine.
First floor: living area with 2 armchairs and panoramic views, living room satellite tv), an extra dining area with kitchenette (oven, fridge, freezer), 3 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, bathroom with shower and washing machine.

UNIT 2 (named OLIVO)
Piano terreno: living room (satellite TV), dining area (2 steps above) with kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer).
First floor: 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower.

A great villa. Split into two units both with front doors onto the front covered patio. We were a group of three families, 12 in total with ages from 2 - 70. A covered outside dining area to the front and a canvas covered area at the rear to seat us all. A great pool with plenty of sun beds and chairs. A brilliant restaurant 500 metres down the shared quiet driveway. Not to be missed and their own red wine was terrific and the cheapest bottle on the wine list. Definitely highly recommended.

Great house with sleeping rooms with fans, enough bathrooms. Perfect for 3 families with different areas. Big garden, nice patio and good swimmingpool. Pool was very cold, which was a good thing and was cleaned every night. Sometimes the dogs from the owner were barking at night, but they got used to us. Very nice owner, speaks only italian.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Tout s'est passé à merveille, depuis la réservation avec l'équipe de POSARELLI qui a toujours répondu rapidement et en français à nos questions, jusqu'à notre arrivée et rencontre avec la propriétaire, notre séjour où Patrizia nous a répondu chaque fois que nous avions une question ou un problème et nous a conseillés utilement durant notre séjour, et à notre départ où tout s'est bien passé. Un regret : que le départ soit si tôt, avant 10h, l'idéal ayant été au moins 12h afin que nous puissions profiter de la matinée. La maison est parfaite pour un groupe de 12 personnes, chacun ayant son indépendance avec ses utilités. La piscine est super en hauteur avec un espace de jeu sur l'herbe. Et quant à la région, nul n'est besoin d'en faire la publicité !

If you like peace and quiet in Tuscany? This is the place for you! For us from the US, not so much! The home is very far from Florence and there are no groceries close by. You have to go to a small town for groceries and the stores closed at 8 pm. Transportation is another difficulty. No Uber! Taxi, train, or buses. Taxi by appointment and bus ride will take 40 minutes to town and train ride is an hour to Florence. Unless you have your rental car, the issue will be resolved! If you would like to rental a car, make sure you have international permits. Map out a head of time before you travel.

Mooie ruime vakantie woning in hart van Toscane

Het huis is wat gedateerd, maar dat wordt goed gemaakt door de ruimte. In het begin oogt het wat donker, maar we zaten toch altijd buiten. Heerlijke patio aan de ene kant, zwembad.aan de andere kant. Host is weg aardig, spreekt alleen Italiaans dus neem Google translate mee!

Lovely villa and close to where our friends were getting married. The staff were super helpful and lovely! Only thing I’d say was it was hard with the language barrier as they couldn’t speak any English at all. We used google translate. Also they tried to charge us for the use of a cot, however I was trying to explain this was included in the rental price.

Fint opphald for heile familien!

Vi var ei "storfamilie" på 14 personar, tre generasjonar, som leigde Villa Morandi ved Loro Ciuffenna ei veke no i august 2019. Generelt var vi veldig fornøgde med opphaldet. Eit par mindre "tekniske" problem vart raskt løyste av vår hyggelege vertinne. Reint basseng til glede for barna og dei vaksne. Myggen var det einaste vi ikkje var heilt førebudde på, nokre i familien fekk plager med myggstikk. Totalt sett ei veldig positiv oppleving, som svarte til våre forventningar.

We were generally very pleased with our stay at Villa Morandi this month. We were family, 14 people altogether with grown ups and children, who rented the villa for one week. The house was ideal for our needs, included the swimming pool. The hostess was very pleasant and helpful, and responded very quickly to solve the couple of minor problems we asked her about. We spent most of the time at the villa and the neighbouring area which we also liked. All in all, staying at Villa Morandi lived up to our expectations.

This villa is well situated with close access to many local towns Florence, Arezzo, Cortona, Chianti, Val D'Orcia region. It is suitable for up to 3 families travelling together as it is separated into three units, each with own kitchen and living room for own privacy. There is a large table outside for eating together. The Host Barbara is very nice.

Had a wonderful stay in a great villa.

Barbara, the owner, was friendly and helpful. The villa was modern, clean, and very comfortable, and in an attractive location. All that was lacking was sufficient drinking glasses, and coffee mugs. A coffee filter machine (or plunger) and electric kettle would have been welcome.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle maison. Très confortable, spacieuse, nous étions 11 personnes et chacun pouvait trouver son coin pour se reposer. elle est très bien située pour visiter Florence à 50mm, Arezzo 30mm, sienne et la vallée du Chianti. Le village de Loro Cuiffena est à 4km et l'on trouve ce qu'il faut chez les petits commerçants très agréables. Barbara nous a très bien reçue et c'est une personne adorable !! Malgré la difficulté de la langue, nous nous sommes bien compris, elle est à votre disposition s'il y a un quelconque problème. La propriété est très bien entretenue, rien à dire ! Cette maison est faite pour passer de très bonnes vacances ! Baci Baci Barbara ! A presto !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa Morandi ! Barabara est une hotesse très accueillante malgré la difficulté de la langue ! Pour celles et ceux qui restent habitués à un traditionnel petit déjeuner il vous manquera des bols et une grande cafetière ! Sinon les chambres sont très confortables et le lieu est paisible !! Que de bons souvenirs !!
