A beautifully designed 4 bedroom plus study home just minutes walk from the town centre and Lorne main beach. This property offers unrivalled quality and style.

From the moment you walk through the original French front door it is obvious that this is a unique property. A brilliant combination of modern and classic fixtures and the natural beauty of stunning coastal views and private garden area.

Features include; unlimited Wifi, underfloor heating downstairs, 2 bathrooms plus powder room, glass louvres, reverse cycle air conditioner x 2, wood heater, ceiling fan in living area, one car garage & one car space in front and an abundance of storage space.

Firewood NOT supplied - Guest must supply there own.

Just a few general words about the property.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Go Ahead, spoil yourself, it's worth it

Simply outstanding property. Location to main street, views of the ocean, spacious upstairs, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and what came in really handy was an office which is sad that I used it but made me think you could work and play from this for those that can't take time off whilst family relax. We intend to come back

Relaxing stay in Lorne

The house has great views to the beach. It’s in a quiet street and just a few minutes’ walk from restaurants and the main street. The kitchen is well-equipped. The staff at Great Ocean Road Holidays were responsive and good to deal with.

Great property within easy walking distance of Lorne amenities

Large house with everything provided for a great weekend. Amazing views & a very short walk to restaurants and cafes. Highly recommended.

Amazing House with Awesome Views

We just stayed here for a 2 night Girls Weekend with 6 of us. It has everything you could want for a house in Lorne - great sea views, easy access to the main st and beach of Lorne. Lovely balcony to have "Happy Hour Drinks" on as the sunsets etc. The fake resident owl was a hoot to keep the birds away! We'll be back and definately longer next year.
